The two women who work the front counter are always so nice and kind and always go out of their way to help. My storage unit is in a difficult spot and they notice so every time they are always there to do what they can. The manager who stays there on the premises, has literally went above and beyond with her customer service. I highly recommend this place on the customer service alone.

Always raising the prices . I have a 5’ x 10’. Started at $50 and has made it way up to $91.

Recently changed to Public Storage after I wrote my initial review. I am kind of salty about the chance in management as I had absolutely no problems with Bargain Storage. Price increases begin December 1st, so I'm kind of disappointed with that. We shall see how this goes.
I want to start by saying that The people there are always real nice to my husband and me we where a little late getting off work and had no choice but to move when we got off we literally didn't leave until 930 the first night we just explained that we just got evicted from our house and but we still need to work . Your staff is great 👍😃

Difficult to get into the driveway and they charge so much you would think they were in indoor massive high dollar place.
I had a rough day prior to entering the doors at Fort Worth Bargain Storage. But the Superbowl Smile that greeted me when I entered the doors made me forget that I was about to pay on bill with money I truly need for myself! And as if that wasn't enough. The excellent customer service but icing on the cake.
At the end of it all it was ok for me to release that that I wanted to keep, and released it with gladness!
That was some old fashioned customer service that you truly don't see anymore, because people are so angry and hateful! Because of Michelle I'm very happy to be doing business with Fort Worth Bargain Storage........
I have been a customer at this storage facility for six years, and throughout this time, I have had nothing but great service and conversations with the staff. The place is well maintained and very secure, and the rates are very reasonable, which is a godsend for someone on a tight budget. Public Storage Creek Run is truly awesome, and if I ever need a place to store items again, this will be the place.

This location is trash. My daughter got a storage here when she moved in, they had a power outage and she noticed the door on her storage is broken. They have not fixed it and have not compensated her. You can never get anyone on the phone.
18% higher invoice and still no working gates. With the third rate increase since Bargain Storage was acquired they do a poor job at keeping the gates and cameras functioning. Seems like with the additional income these items wouldn’t be constantly an issue.
Also I noticed my storage unit is accessed outside of myself regularly. Not sure why the property managers deem it necessary to go into your unit without any notice.
Hope your not disabled renting here, no carts to help move boxes(claim they kept being stolen) lighting is non existant inside of your unit, rent was raised after 2 months of rental, cameras posted but if they are run off the same electric that run the lights then good luck! Rent at you own risk
I went in today to get a storage unit and Tricia did an excellent job. The process was short and easy. She got me in and out and she is super sweet!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This place has gone downhill and FAST!! The new manager Trisha is not fit to run a tab much less a property that has been very successful in the past. Of course the new company isn't much better. I've never seen this location look as bad as it does now. Gate stays broken, cameras must not work or Trisha knows where the blind spot are. I've seen and have video of her and staff entering units at will. She has also let other tenants enter and steal items! Yes I have proof! Theives!! Just a bunch of shady thieves!!! Rent a unit from ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
It's good for the price but I would recommend a storage unit with ac control because it is extremely hot and dark in my storage trying to move stuff
