Had a hard time figuring out how to complete my registration and payment. For two days I was passed back and forth between people and no one was able to help me. I was finally directed to Bill who was finally able to help me! My experience with Bill was amazing and although he said he hadn’t been trained to fully help with what I was dealing with he still helped me regardless and didn’t just pass me on to someone else. I really appreciated the help and he was very professional and personable. Had a fantastic experience with Bill and will be using public storage in the future!

I had a problem with my lock at the storage unit, I mistakenly lost my key to the lock and so Bill reminded me to go to a hardware store that’s sell good locks and the key have numbers on it so I won’t forget which key it is so I appreciate him for giving me that advice, he is a awesome guy and excellent hard working man.

He showed me the process of using the app to enter & exit the facility to store my stuff and then leave. He also clearly explained the billing process. This Public Storage location is great and highly recommended.

I have used this storage facility through multiple management cycles. Since Bill and Tanisha took over, operations have never been better. I’m not going to pretend to like the price increases but the property management is top notch. Thank you, Bill!

My experience here was excellent. I rented 2 storage units for 1 month. Thanks to Bill, I was able to retrieve 2 FedEx shipments that I was unaware of, and he received and hold them without any issues. He also helped me a lot during the vacating process. Thank you very much, Bill! Never change.

This Public Storage on South Hulen is a great location. Bill is a wonderful employee. I had an issue with my lock not opening on my unit and he came with me to see about it. He got it unlocked. He did this on a day where his air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 92 degrees in his office. He has excellent customer service skills and certainly wants what is best for the customer.

Stopped in for 1 thing and gained so much more. Mr.Bill’s customer service exceeded my expectations and I’m thankful for all his help!

Family heirlooms, gone. We did not miss a payment. We paid for 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, and they have taken out and sold our items. Management would not show us surveillance.

Very friendly staff and the prices are reasonable

Storers beware! We chose this facility due to its proximity to campus, easy access for drop-off and pick-up, and price. In the future, I will prioritize the units' security and management's responsiveness. We stored my son’s belongings over the summer only to return and find out the unit had been broken into and a good deal of his items had been stolen. Apparently, thieves got into the ceiling of his building and went on a unit-by-unit shopping spree. So, did we get a call to tell us there was a break-in—they apparently knew about it—NO It took over a week and an email to the regional manager for the operation manager to return my call. No, we are sorry. No explanation of why we didn’t get a call. Really no effort to help us in any way. There is apparently no insurance coverage despite the implication that there was when we signed up. While we have asked, we have received no response to the question, was there a police report filed? As a result, we can’t even file a claim through our homeowner insurance.
