We’ve been here only 3 months and we’ve already had a notice that our prices will be raised by 30%. Do not believe the pricing! They are a bait and switch operation. Further, security is ridiculous. You are given a code number in which to access the building. No problem, right? However, the number corresponds to nothing and is so long that no one can remember it. Every other storage unit I’ve ever used allows you to select your own security number so you can remember it. Poor Customer Service. Then, during the hours that the building is open, they randomly shut the huge rolling doors out of the building area (under the storage units). They give no instructions as to how to get out if you and your car have been locked into the building. And, that’s right, they lock you in, but do not lock you out. :-). This obviously serves NO security purpose because you can drive in with no security info and it’s only random when the door closes to the building (again, while you’re in it!). It just irritates every customer they have. We’re OUT

Very clean facility, Emily and Kali in the office were really helpful showing me a unit and giving me any information I needed.

I reserved a unit here and someone on staff accidentally updated my reservation to the wrong date (a month earlier than we discussed on a phone call). The reservation was then canceled when I missed the move-in date. I asked for another unit at the same price given that the mistake was not my fault. After being passed along to 4 different departments over the phone, I was not given the initial rate of my reservation and had to book at an entirely different location. Apparently there is no one in the entire company who could adjust the price on a reservation to match what was given me originally. Very very disappointed in the service here. Booked out of necessity but will not be booking again in the future.

Theif named Tina she has horrible communication the rest of the team is kind she just got back and her team had miscommunication and never closed out my vacancy after misspeaking and causing me to pay another months rent they called and apologized she comes back and has no clue what is going on and started accusing me of things she has no knowledge didn’t try to apologize or even say let me check with the people responsible instead she got nasty and rude and now wants me to pay for a unit I didn’t need this month or it goes on my credit. Don’t bother calling customer services they will stand beside the foolishness and do nothing to resolve get a storage unit with uhaul instead unless you want to deal with a balance you don’t owe

Do not rent here! Elevators require a code every time you try to use them. The doors shut so quickly you can’t even get a quart in. Ne of their moving trucks was blocking my access to my elevator and I had to rent a second unit just to be able to put furniture in it today. One of their doors is busted and there is no exit. You have to do a 15 point turn to back up a large truck to get it out. Finally, their hours are terrible. They open at 9:30 AM and close at 6 PM.

You have to enter the building through the exit. Guess they've given up on fixing the main entrance as it's been broken for over a year

Had this storage for almost a year and no issues whatsoever! They contacted you when you accidently forget to lock your storage 🙈 which to me is amazing service courtesy! Friendly staff and great service. Storages are always clean

I was at this Storage facility September 27, 2003. I needed information on sizes, prices, etc. Kali is the person who helped me and she provided great customer service, She she was very knowledgeable about prices and sizes. She also let me see the size of unit we are thinking might work for us. I was also able to make a payment for our unit that is currently at another Public Storage. Kali told me exactly how go online or use the phone app to find a different location in case she does not have the size we need available. She was Professional, personable, and helpful. She is an asset to her Company.

Very clean and well kept

I’ve been renting spaces here since it first opened many years ago. At that time it was All Storage. Doug Smith was the manager, and he did a magnificent job. All of us loved Doug. He was always kind, courteous, professional, and kept the entire place immaculate. If something was broken or if there was a problem, he took care of it immediately. Many of us long-term tenants are still in touch with Doug and have remained friends. Sadly, he retired. The people taking his place did a good job, but it started going downhill a little bit at a time. When Public Storage bought All Storage, the transition was very difficult and rocky. Usually at least two of the four elevators were broken , sometimes three! The garage bay overhead door was broken for many many months, creating many problems and inconveniences. I’m happy to say, the current manager has greatly improved things and it is much better. However, there is one employee , a woman with very short hair, who is unbelievably rude and hateful to everyone. Yesterday , she was gone most of the day and the office was locked, which meant that we could not have access to the dollies. They also have a security code system which can be very tedious. I have three units on the third floor and one on the second floor. I have one code to allow access to the third floor. If I need to to the second floor, I have to go down to the first floor, get out, put in my second floor code to be allowed access. They’ve taken away the water fountain , and there’s not even a waste basket by the office anymore. I have four units for my business inventory, and pay about $1800 per month. They are doing a much better job, but need to get rid of the rude employee and be a little more customer service oriented. A water fountain would be a good start. And having the office be open during business hours does not seem unreasonable to expect.

Not too happy with this particular Public Storage. My boyfriend has a unit here and has tried to talk to someone in the office on 3 different occasions during business hours and no one is ever in the office. He thought he would try again today and again, the doors were locked and no one was in the office. As I proceeded to call the Public Storage, a lady gets out of her car and my boyfriend asks her if she works there. She rudely tells him that she is on her lunch break and my boyfriend begins to apologize to her (being the sweet man he is) She then tells him to come inside and talks to him very hateful and with disgust in her voice. She made my boyfriend feel like he was such a bother when in actuality she is at work and should be treating her customers with more respect. I was appalled at the way she talked to him and something needs to be done about her nasty attitude.

Letty is the greatest ever! We can after they closed (we thought they closed later) and had to put our stuff in that night and she stayed overtime so we could put all of our stuff in our unit. Highly recommend this place especially if Letty is there!

Kali is an awesome Manager at this location. She cares about her customers and she is very knowledgeable. She has worked very hard to bring this place up to speed and her hard work truly is paying off.

Had a few questions about renting a unit was very clean office and the 2 employees that were in office were both very professional and friendly!

I came in looking for a unit while moving and Kali was amazing. She got me a unit that fit everything I needed and for an amazing price. Incredible. If you need help here, ask for Kali! Best customer service I’ve ever received at a public storage.

I have to make it known publicly that I received some of the best customer service I've seen, let alone received in a LONG time! I went to check on a storage unit at the ALL Storage on Camp Bowie in Ft. Worth, and there was this young lady by the name of Emilia there. She was so informative, intelligent, and just all around helpful that I would've gotten the unit regardless of price! (The price was very competitive also😉)! Her winning smile and informative take charge attitude said Manager loud and clear to me. What an asset she is and would be to ANY company! I think she said her main store is in Benbrook but she helps out at other stores when they need it. Versatility/ team player! I'm glad that I just happened by and she was there. It made all the difference in my day/move. P.S. When I called to get the info. to contact All Storage about my experience another young lady who was very nice also! I apologize for not remembering your name but you know who you are!

Public Storage on Locke Street in Fort Worth, TX is the best facility. It is kept immaculately clean and in great condition and the staff (especially Justin and Kali) are the best of all the storage facilities we (business and family) use. They are incredibly professional, courteous and solution-oriented. I highly recommend.

Tiffany the assistant property manager was the most helpful lady and went above and beyond to help us with the best bang for our money as well as finding the right sizes and price to store our household. She was able to set us up with 2 huge storage units and one was climate control and the other was not. Any one needing a storage unit please ask for Tiffany!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY! Unit was broken in to. They are trying to avoid us. From what I could tell several units got broken in to! I had been renting for 4 yrs. When Public Storage took over it has gone down hill. Never had a problem before they took over. Now no one is ever in the office. And doors wide open. At night they have replaced roll up door with fence anyone can climb over. Oh and not to mention fees have gone up $20 in last 2 months. If you have anything valuable do not store here.

The NEW property owner (Public Storage) negligently left the main garage door open to the storage facility while I was traveling. Someone cut the lock off of my door in order to gain access to my unit. Can't get anyone to check the security footage or provide more detail. Good luck with 1-800 numbers and corporate B.S. I wouldn't recommend this place. EVER. It was great under previous ownership- first time I have downgraded a review from 5 stars to 1. Too bad there isn't a ZERO stars option.

Exorbitant rental increase going into effect on June 1, 2022. I'm looking for a new storage site.

This review contains advice for any prospective tenants who are considering signing a rental agreement with ANY Public Storage property. First piece of advice: RUN. Do NOT sign any agreement with these predators (Public Storage), go support a small mom & pop storage facility instead. Public Storage purchased All Storage in the middle of my rental term and it has been a nightmare since that day. When this location was All Storage, I had a phenomenal experience. Without alerting me, Public Storage reinstated my autopay (which I had turned off). This caused my bank account to overdraft at an incredibly inopportune time. Their customer service over the phone has been rude and unwilling to help. It’s almost like the operators there KNOW they have to be the messengers for aggressive and unnecessary policies that are entirely inflexible and bloodthirsty, so they resent having to speak with anyone. They changed my payment due date without telling me (causing me to incur late charges). The last straw was when they promised me a prorated bill for my last month (I moved out on the 5th of the month) then instead charged me for a full month (verbally threatening to ruin my credit if I didn’t pay immediately). REMEMBER THIS! Public Storage does NOT rent for partial months, you will always pay for a full month unless you move out before the 1st. I really needed this storage space, but I'm moving out to go to any one of Public Storage's competitors. Public Storage really blows and I wish they'd never taken over this location. These predatory practices harm poor people to an immense degree, so if you’re desperate DEFINITELY look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars on this rating I would. The staff who are physically at this location have always been wonderful, and I really feel bad about what Public Storage has done to their reputation.
