Kaily is great! The only downside to the property is its customers. Saw someone on here complaining that an employee was on lunch and did not open the door. the employees here really need a raise…

This place is awesome it's clean it's neat , the answer all my needs and all my questions in a professional manner I will recommend this place to everybody my friends and family y'all need a place this the place to rent.

If I could leave less than a star! This is ridiculous that I was trying to leave the storage place along with 6 other vehicles at 6:03 and could not get out of the gate! Every single person tried their codes and it would not open. It took over 15 minutes just to get someone on the phone at customer service then another 25 minutes her trying to open it only to have to call the fire department!! You need a better system on things like this!!! Or not to close down the entire system less than 5 minutes after 6:00!!! If it was not such an inconvenience to move everything out of my storage into a different facility. Very very unhappy!

I’ve been here twice! The first time the lady was on lunch but inside and refused to open! Today it was 2 in the afternoon, same lady was on the phone then watched as I tried to open the door however she just looked at me! This facility should NOT BE LOCKED IF THE EMPLOYEE IS INSIDE! Not happy!

Very clean property and the employee was very helpful and friendly but they need more security for the entry doors to the unit, they are not secured as good as they shoud be

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT RENT HERE! They steal things from your units and only tell you to file through insurance! We had so many collectibles stolen! All our boxes were torn open and gone through. It’s ridiculous. I’m livid. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Your belongings are not safe.

Deja was great! But whatever guy was there on July 1, 2023 was absolutely terrible! The gate was broken and instead of being helpful decided he wanted to just yell at me. I canceled the unit and went to Extra Space where they hire people with manners. Never got to move in either ain't got time for that added stress

My husband and I have 2 units here. Both units have been vandalized. I have requested on numerous occasions for maintenance to repair the damage to the latch on one and remove the locked on the other( a foreign object is lodged in our lock so we can not unlock it).I purchased a new lock from Public Storage and I talked to Mr. Brown( district manager) over a week ago and was told that the lock would be removed. The lock it STILL on the unit and my calls are not being returned. This place is very unprofessional. Do NOT patronize this location. All they do is collect your monthly fee and care less about customer service. I also want to add that I noticed that Public Storage acknowledged others woth positive reviewa,and literally doesn't even send a message looking into each individual issue. I'm glad that the OWNER commented on others 5 star reviews. I am contacting the better business bureau and make a formal complaint with them. Maybe I'll get a response from someone other than fake managers.

Public Storage will raise your rate without notifying you. When I first signed up for my storage unit, I was paying $136/month, after 6 months they raised the rate to $178/month without any notification or justification. Public Storage has the right to raise the rent of a unit each month, but their shady tactics of arbitrarily raising the rent doesn't sit right with me.

A friend rented a unit here. We showed up with the truck and stuff to unload but they still had their lock on the unit. And to male matters worse they de ided to close early while we were there, did not answer the door and we couldn't unload our truck. I had to rent the truck for another day and just wait. This location brings a sour taste to the really good storage company. Your staffing issues shouldn't inconvenience your customers. Inexcusable.

They broke into my storage twice before I was fully moved out. Avoid this location. The security is low and there's a ton of homeless people nearby.

I don’t visit often.. (obviously they know that) After about 5months I revisited my storage for a few things and came back to it being completely ransacked and gone through… TV missing.. Portable Electronics Missing, Furniture Missing.. Everything else that was too much of a hassle to steal is still there.. don’t know how many times it’s been gone through since I’ve been away… The storage employees are the only people with access to my unit…. My door wasn’t tampered with… seems like someone with a KEY got into my space. Picture 1 is how I left it, picture 2 is returning to it months later… absolutely sickening. I travel for work & I can’t wait to move my things from here. enjoy everything you got !!

Rented a 10×30 storage unit for three months. Angel is very nice and accommodating.

I just got what was left of my stuff from this place. In a year my unit was broken into 4 separate times. First time it happened they took a big tool box and other big items, they moved me to another unit. The second time my lock was broken but nothing was taken. Then 2 weeks ago my unit was broken into and big items were taken again. When I asked what was being done to secure my unit the guy at the front counter said “it’s really storage at your own risk” and acted like it was no big deal. Wake up today the 18th to a call that my unit was broken into again and more items were missing. I’m convinced this is an inside job. They have cameras but they never seem to catch anything. I can’t get any of my stuff back, and the insurance does absolutely nothing at all. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. If I could I would give this place negative stars. DONT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!

It's a inside job with the break ins. I went there at 11:55am 2/17/2022 and noticed my door was tampered with. I went to tell the manager there. She didn't care to come look she said I got multiple reports of different units getting broken into. She watched me lock it back. I came back right at 6pm my door literally was open. I try to catch the lady in the office she hopped in the truck so fast and pulled off. I called the cops and did a report. As I was getting my stuff out the unit a male came up to me and told me I need to leave. That I wouldn't be able to get off if I stay past 9:30. Not only that there were two extra cars there which were his friends. I told him I called the cops already all of a sudden his friends was packing up leaving from The front office. all of a sudden the gate was messed up. And he claim the alarm will go off if I don't leave before 9:30. He locked me in on purpose. Because it was past 9:30. I have been there longer than that in my storage unit multiple times. If you have things in storage it's best TO GET OUT.. while I was moving in A couple was complaining about there door on their storage unit. DONT STORE HERE!!!!!! 8801 W FWY you've been warn!
