UPDATE just spoke with Mark the district manager, very nice guy easy to talk. Solved my situation for in less than 5 minutes thanks Marc!!! The other two onsite managers at this property maybe very well be good people... idk But they should try to help more instead of threatening to get rid of people's property so fast. Very very bad, no horrible experience. The managers act like bratty children who want to argue with u instead of help u. They have done some construction to the units, so I purchased a unit an outside unit. No one was there to help me find the unit. My nuit number was 238, the garage outside units ar in a row numerically ordered. I found 237 and put my things in the unit right beside it which happens to be the correct size of the exact unit I purchased. The person who came in to work while I moved things in didn't work at that store but worked at one down the street, but she clearly saw me loading my stuff into the unit and said nothing to stop me we even had a conversation. Early the next day when I'm 4 hours away the manager Jorge calls me threatening to throw all my stuff outside because I moved it in the wrong unit. So we have a big dis agreement. He was very very very rude and I asked for his district manager number. He calls and gets in contact with the dm first and ends up telling me I have 5 days and he coupd give me 1 or 2 more days. It's the 5th day and the some one else the second person who works there just called being very very very rude. These people are just very rude and shouldn't be managers. They don't want to help they want to argue

Today I went in to get a unit and had the best experience! I originally had gotten a unit in Benbrook but wanted to transfer to this one. They were extremely helpful, patient with the questions I had as well as with the information with the previous account, and amazing! I was able to see the unit I was get before purchasing as well!!

Zero problems. Great location and friendly staff!

Daisy (the property manager)is so helpful and has been put in a very unfortunate position. I have rented from this complex for over 18 years. On March 8th of this year, I was notified that I had three weeks to vacate my 10x30 unit because the company wants to turn the large units into smaller units. No customer loyalty- all about the bottom dollar. What if I had been out of town or too sick to accomplish this move? I guess the company would have cut my lock and sold everything. Daisy did not know about this decision until customers started calling her. How fair is that to the property manager? I left messages for the regional manager but was told he had no intention of returning customer calls. How grown-up is that to not even face the customers who basically pay his salary? Be wary of renting units at this location.

It has spacious compartments the problem that I saw it was up on the hill, and every row had a hell of its own

My uncle rented a unit from this place, and 2 days later, he was told he did not need it, so he called to cancel the rental agreement and was told that he could get a full refund and when he checked, they only gave hi. $29.00 saying that is all they could give. His deposit was $61.00...poor customer service, and I will not refer anyone else to them.

I've rented from 2 or 3 public storages over the years, but I have never met a more helpful employee than Daisy. I wasn't sure what size I needed and I didn't want to spend more than I had too, and Daisy knew which size would be best for me, and was patient enough to take the time to show me 3 different sizes. In the end I went with the one she suggested, and it is a perfect fit. I wish more places had managers like her

Michelle at the Bryant Irvin location is a TOP NOTCH Manager. She is always so friendly, helpful and action oriented. She always greets you with a smile and provides top notch service. I was recently frustrated with all the rate hikes at this location and she assisted with giving me a credit on my units. She’s a rockstar and should get a raise! :)

This place is great with its self serve booking. Very smooth hassle free booking. Up until you need assistance from the office. You have to camp outside their office to catch anybody that works here to make em help you. U-Haul storage is worth the little extra, they always have staff on property during business hours.

If I can give this location 0 stars I absolutely would!! Worse storage experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve used many storages before… First my first encounter with them was I reserved online a downstairs indoor climate controlled unit that was supposed to be securely held when I booked it online … I got to the location to secure my storage and pay I was told day of that my storage I booked was no longer available it had been rented out and they only had indoor upstairs units available.. Okay I needed to be out of my home that I had sold and I took the unit available. This was May 2023 .. Fast forward to Saturday Yet again 18/23 . I had an issue that needed immediate attention with my storage unit.. This stores location states open @930am i waited until 940 called several times and left messages to be called back.. I then go to a closer location to get help and the manager at this location AMY(who was amazing by the way) came right and helped me no problem.. The location never informed customers that this location was closed … You get there and it’s just closed!! with no replacement associates at all no notifications no nothing!!! Now here today Sunday 11/19 arrived with my movers @10am and The outside door to access the hallways of the storage unit is completely closed shut and locked down and guesssss whattttt?????!!!??? There is no one here to help at this property again DAY #2 ..The store is completely shut down with an open time of 930am… It’s after 10 am and there is no one at the store at all to assist me or help! Store is closed and this is Day 2 of this!!! Again I had to drive to another location to ask the same sweet Manager at another location for help Day 2 .. Store manager Amy from another location has been the only good out of this experience!! Each time she has helped me with no push back, calling around to get me answers, and to see how she could help or to see how someone else could help me… She has had to close her own store 2 days in a row and drive to come help me at another location that is not Hers…. Today 11/19 I literally was crying from frustration. I broke down crying in her store from being so frustrated and she embraced me with a warm hug and provided emotional support during that time because she could see that I was just done and over it!! Thank you so much AMY you were an Angel and the only great thing I could speak about from the whole 2 day experience…. Otherwise outside of Manager Amy being a God Sent Angel!! I will not recommend anyone rent a storage from this location 6150 Bryant Irvin Rd.. They didn’t even have the decency to send someone to open and manage the store and be available to assist and help customers regardless of what was going on you send people to cover YOUR STORE!! The management to this store dropped the ball Big TIME!! I didn’t have a good experience from the beginning of renting here with my first encounter and I should have allowed that to be a sign to me!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Daisy really helped me when I was dealing with an emergency with my living situation and needed a unit fast because of the time crunch I was under trying to get things done, she was very helpful and it was very much appreciated.

My experience since be a customer here has been horrible. I would give a negative star rating if possible. I rented a unit earlier this year. Within 3 weeks my indoor unit was broken into. Which I thought was impossible given the level of security I saw on site. I had some very expensive things stolen that couldn't be replaced due to receipt issues for the insurance. To make matters worse, they gave a bigger unit due to the fact it was the only thing available to secure the test of my items. The manager said I would keep my same rate of the smaller unit for the inconvenience of the break in. I was ok with that except for the fact that I've been charged the price of the bigger unit , which I never wanted but had to accept because the place got broken into and several units were hit including mine. Also my boyfriend rented a unit at another public storage facility and his unit was broken into with several others as well. There's never anyone available to speak to during business hours in office, and my problem has yet to be rectified. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 😪 😡

Have a long limousine that needed storage last minute . Annabelle the manager was so helpful and got the problem resolved quickly and even helped guide me in .She made a stressful situation Amazing. Top marks for Annabelle she definitely needs some type of recognition .She is a difference maker

Mine and other Units got broke into. Not impressed with the late notice of break in as well as time it took management to review the "cameras" Just felt they didn't care!
