The employees at this location are super helpful and knowledgeable. This is I have is beyond their control. There is HOLE IN THE FENCE that hasn't been repaired. It's been there for over a year and has not been repaired. Regular break ins at this location. If you want to see the hole go to the far northwest corner. It's behind the kenworth truck that has a broken window from being broken into. It's a metal fence with bars and one of the bars is broken on the bottom and swings side to side. You can't tell it's broken until you push it sideways. Yes they know about it. GET INSURANCE

I had no issues with getting the unit or cleanliness. The issue is that in the less than a year of having this storage unit, the price has gone up astronomically. I understand that there are initial low rates to get you in the door, but to go from $122 to $160 6 months later to now $218 - increasing rent by 78% in a year is absurd. Keep that in mind if you plan on using this storage facility.

Considering it was a Humpday Wednesday, Karen from location #28124 @ address: 6899 Granbury Road was fantastic in assisting me with having my monthly "paid" account rectified in their computer system on the ledger level, as it does on my account level, considering my storage is at a different location from the one she manages. Someone did the right thing in hiring Karen! Thaaannk you so much for your assistance Karen, you're a rockstar!!!

I have not been happy since All Storage was bought out by Public. Went from $85 a month to $167 in less then one year. Could not afford that anymore so I'm late and they are adding on all these fees. I have to rent a truck to get the rest of my stuff out. I do not have a problem with the staff but the company itself.

They yanked me around for a month. Public Storage promised me a unit at a certain rate then pulled it out from under me. What a waste of my time and money.

I went to the Public Storage # 27628 location at 6899 Granbury Rd. Ft Worth, TX 76133. A lady claiming to be a manager wearing shorts and a tank top driving a silver sedan can at me rather aggressively. In a rather rude and unprofessional manner, told me I could not park my vehicle in front of a door because I was blocking traffic. However I was not in fact blocking traffic and other vehicles could easily go around my Toyota Tacoma which is a small truck. She also went on to tell me that I needed to move my truck. I replied that I would not be there that long and we would be there 30 minutes at most. I was only there to help my friends with emptying their storage unit. She proceeded to tell me that I still had to move my truck in a different spot because she insisted I I was blocking traffic. Now the way she wanted me to move my truck would in fact block the way to some other units. She also felt the need to inform me in front friend's other half that she either lived there or lived in that area, which didn't matter to us because we just wanted to get our stuff and leave. The weather was nice and warm around 80°F and we had better things to do than hang around the Public Storage area. When my friend came out she quickly said she told me politely at first. My friend did say that same woman spent most of yesterday harassing and being rude. When my friend asked some questions about what she needed to do when she left, that woman told her she didn't have time to help her but yet she had time to nit pick about them throwing away trash in a dumpster and told her other half that if he didn't pick everything out of the dumpster that she was going fine them $75-$500. Dude she was straight up there to be mean and pick a fight with anyone she could, and honestly I didn't know that woman from anyone else be it a customer or employee and she may have been but she wasn't wearing the Public Storage uniform that I am very familiar with at other locations. If she is an employee and this was my first encounter then I would never think to use this company. However I AM a customer at a another location and the staff there is amazing and very professional. I am a customer at Public Storage #29234 where the staff is very friendly and helpful! I will admit I did also get confrontational because I felt like she was attacking me and my friends. And if you could see the camera footage you would have been able to see what I meant about there being space around my small truck and not to mention that woman moved he vehicle as soon as I moved my truck into a direction that could block others and there really was no call for her attitude. If I was in someone else's way they could have told me and I would have moved without all that drama which added more time and gas to us leaving. I also intend to make a formal complaint to their corporate office.

From the moment my family walked in, Savannah was very helpful and accommodating. Savannah helped us find our unit at a price that worked for us and showed us the ins and outs. Savannah made the process of renting and moving out an easy process. I recommend working with Savannah!

We underestimated our storage needs and with Savanna's experience and guidance we added just the right amount more and completed our move on time and on schedule.

Not a bad place for the price. Grounds are well maintained and secure with a large gate and fence surrounding it. My only issue was I think we have vastly different opinions on what constitutes a climate controlled unit.

This place is great if you need a safe, no hassel place to keep your things. The staff is super helpful and it's an easy location to get to.
