The manager locked me out of my unit a day early and the district manager called me a liar when in fact I have a time video of being locked out of the doors. The manager told a third party how much I owed and that is OK with management. It's not OK with the state and federal government. I had my hours of access restricted but the manage would not correct it. Another mistake. Public Storage is the worse company to deal with. All rgey care about is money. They do not care about the customer. He took a weekto get back with me and need s d 48 hours to cover up their illegal action

Update on property You can't ever get into your storage unit. It's 11:20 and employee still hasn't open the door and is no where to be found.
THERE ARE MICE IN THE BUILDING RUNINED A BUNCH OF MY CLOTHS AND BOOKS
THEY OPEN THE DOORS AFTER 930 AND CLOSE AT 5 SO YOU HARDLY HAVE TIME IF YOU WORK TO COME HERE .

I want to shout out to Mgr. Justin he is very professional and pleasant to deal with and has worked this property the place was clean.
I had a unit at this location got several years price started at $30 and went up to $160 for the same unit needless to say wasn't happy.

Close to our house. Got the price we needed. Realized after 2 payments I was paying for insurance (my fault on website), wife pointed out our home owner insurance covers the space. A young man named Kerrington was busy on the phone helping a lady with a lock issue like she was a family member. He was courteous and then expeditiously fixed my payment issue and then offered up setting me up for auto payments. Being a lifetime server/bartender I really appreciate service like this! Would love to see y’all be open a little later, this would make this business a touch more attractive to working people in this neighborhood.

i've been with this storage facility for about 2 years now, just for convince of space and affordability, the staff are insanely nice and well mannered when they're helping.
the storage itself is horrible, storage units were broken into due to lack of security, A WHOLE ROW of storages and more were forced open and items were stolen. any tools and equipment quick things of value. And what security do they have? one camera pointing at the main gate, other then that it's free game to whoever is inside the storage yard.
the reason i'm writing this review, i stayed with public storage, i was moved over to another storage unit bigger than the one that was broken into, i let them keep my business as they gave me a discount on the rent for staying. they'll keep raising up your monthly rent, eventually can't afford it. they raised my rent after being stolen from, thanks!
i was promised new security but i'm sure those were just nice words to keep my business and others who were stolen from, thanks to the friendly staff for notifying about my unit being broken into, the insurance you get with public storage make sure you have the receipts for what's in the storage unit before its stolen or you can't claim anything, that's if you don't hit that small cap payout. good luck with this storage unit and your property!

The worst of the worst 2 times our things with a lot of value were lost… they are not responsible and they do not have good customer service and none of that they get into the spaces to steal and a part and all of our things that we bought with so much sacrifice caught fire They got lost, it's not fair...

Bought some auction units at different locations recently and Pam was more than helpful... She even went to unlock the other units at the different locations so that I wasn't having to wait another day to access the other units that I had purchased... I only wish that all of your locations had employees that were as nice and cared about their customers as much as Pam does hers... Whomever trained her needs to train everyone in your company actually Pam should be the trainer only problem is you can train someone how to be a good, caring, polite, human being... Within a span of three days my unit has been broken into TWICE! The facility has been very nonchalant throughout the entire experience. They are unable to file a police report as a company and are very slow/reluctant to look at the security footage or do anything to protect their customers’ things.
After the second break-in I immediately moved my things later the same day. I do not recommend at all.

I just thank God for Ms. Pam. I had a customer service rep set up reservation and it was a disaster. I had already gone to the property twice but no one was there. I was able to catch them before closing and met Ms. Pam(an angel). Where most people would turn you around she listened to my problem and helped me get my situation sorted out. Thank God for employees like her. We need more like you Ms.Pam! May God bless your heart and keep you uplifted.
Made an appointment to pick up a certain size storage made a price made everything except when I got there they didn't have it anymore to try to sell me a bigger one that I didn't want

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not rent a storage unit here! There was a recent break in where 13 storage units were broken into. My unit was one of them. Some of my items were tampered with and 1 item was stolen. The locks on these units are not secure at all! Not to mention there are no security cameras nor security and this information was not shared with me prior to renting a unit at this location. Thankfully I have insurance, and I will be filling a police report.
My first time renting a storage unit and it was very easy to complete it online. When I went inside the store Dominik was very helpful, friendly and informative of the process and next steps for next month. Thank you so much dominate for making my first time using public storage fast and easy.
