Your not allowed to use the dumpster on the property.
The client control units works 60% of the time.
When you call you never can get a person on the line only a recording and you will not get a phone call back.
And to top it off this locations has 1Yes 1 cart for the entire complex!
Things have drastically changed under new management...which I hate because now I'm haven't to find another storage facility ..which there location was good for me.

I went in frustrated with a situation that needed immediate attention. Denise was my agent! She took the best care of my problem with no hesitation. The office was crowded with other customers but she took care of each one of us like we were all a priority and took nothing away from our separate concerns. Her customer service is really top notch under pressure . We all left with a smile and that’s a big deal :-)
Prices go up every 6 months even with the old customers one storage unit I no is now $363 a month which is CRAZY 😧 as HELL
The Staff is excellent they have nothing 2 do with the price increase but one did tell me about the price change

Denise was a huge help. She took care of me as fast as possible and answered all my questions, making sure I fully understood how the billing would work. I run a detailing business so I’m in and out all the time. Matt is a friendly man who took care of me when I first got into my unit and was just as much of a help. This has to be the worst public storage…never any carts to help going to second floor! It’s hot as hell in there but “climate controlled” and you have to out the code in for everything. The access button doesn’t even work on the app. If you want to be irritated and make the moving process even HARDER come here!! they don’t answer the phone and the office is closed during the time it’s supposed to be open. Do tf better. The fact that i accidentally rented from this location pisses me off even more.

I went to the Location on Crowley Rd. Around 9:55A.m., No one was store, I waited an hour, Was seen by a man name Christian he helped me get a small Storage , I was there almost 2 hours and left came back another guy was there and I told him after I look at the Storage it wasn't big enough so my Hubby came in and wanted to look at the Space I was getting, WOW THE GUY THERE said I can't let u see it because he wasn't on my Account and started talking crazy, He was Disrespectful andvtold me he's going to Cancel my Account and locked the door behind me,THIS PERSON WAS WEIRD AND HAD ANGER ISSUES,PLZ. DONT GO HERE MAYBE THATS WHY THE person that should've been there QUIT,SMH,BAD SERVICE!

IGNORANT, ARROGANT and RUDE. Not the storage side but the UHAUL staff SUCK! You won't see a negative review from me often but this was above and beyond the threshold of tolerable. AVOID this UHAUL establishment if at all possible.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would had a great experience with a gentleman named Matt he was very professional and very helpful through the stressful process of moving and downsizing.

It’s a little scary. There are video cameras but are they really recording? The lighting is horrible especially inside of the storage unit. I had to put 2 locks on my door because the jam is weak.

Great place to store your stuff
Service is great when it's available but the office is supposed to be open. And ummm well Noone in the office I been there for over a hour. I seen ppl come and leVe its crazy at least put a sign on the door.
I have been at this place for a few years,have a storage unit and a parking spot.
I've been there since the other owners had it a didn't have any issues and since this new administration took over somebody has messed with my truck twice and somebody tried to get into my unit. The gate has been down I don't know how many times and I never complained and then today I get an email telling me that they are charging me $250 dollars because there was a tire on my parking spot which I've had there forever to guide me on the parking spot so that I don't hit whatever is behind and nobody said nothing about it,I didn't even get a warning and they hit with $250 dollar fee.
I was told that it was because there was trash on my spot,but yet I go back to my area and there is trash all over the place that isn't mine and they don't clean that up.
The property Manager is HORRIBLE…. They raise your rent every other month! our rent was raised 2 times in under one year! they CLAIM the notify you but they don’t!! it went from 200 to 400 in less than a year!! RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

After renting from here for several years it went from a good place to a horrible place. Things have gotten worse with the new owners. This place is not safe to store anything that you value. Not only was my camper van side swiped but someone stole my catalytic converters right off the vehicle. I’ve spoken with other renters and have even heard of closed (storage) units being broken into. Initially when I first rented I paid extra for insurance. Under the old owners I was reimbursed for damages when my vehicle was side swiped. Under the new management & after having my catalytic converters stolen…. they’re responds was oh well!. After I filed a report with the FortWorth Police Department the officer informed me that they have had to complete dozens of reports of stolen or damaged
property from people who rent at this location on 7601 Crowley Rd in Ft, Worth Texas. Beware of FAKE reviews. Call the local police Department FT. Worth PD and ask them how many reports they’ve had to respond to.
You’ve been warned! DO NOT Rent from here!!!!

My husband, Curtis Gilbert, rented a space to store his '96 GMC from 7/7/22 to 9/2/22. We checked out 9/2 and took the truck home and found a pending charge to our bank account for $295 where we are being charged for the full month of September for a space we no longer rent, we aren't even in their system anymore and paying for a service we're not even using or even able to access. They are refusing to give our money back. Total crooks!! Do not use these people. I give them NEGATIVE STARS but it will only let you post if you click at least one, smh.
You know how it is when you're trying to move and there is one or two people at the front desk working on the customers but all in all it was a good experience they got the job done and the product was in excellent condition I highly recommend the storage unit place to do your business..

My husband and I were taken care of by Letty, a sweet lady at front desk. She was very informative and cleared us of any doubts. We were able to look at storage unit and reserve it within minutes. She was patient and ensured we understood everything when reserving the unit. Overall we are extremely satisfied with her professionalism and customer service. Besides that the business was clean, organized and welcoming. The unit we reserved was climate control, clean, and beyond our expectations in size. If needed they also had bundles of boxes & accessories like bubble wrap, protection clothes etc. To help with your move. I recommend this location.

Initially we liked the place for storing our travel trailer until one day we came to pick up our trailer and noticed a large dent in the side of it. I asked the manager to review videos but was told that there is no way they can review that much of a timeframe. I also learned that they can only review up to 6 months back, after that you’re out of luck. A police report was filed but in the end we’re the ones who had to pay for the damage. We got very little help from the staff/manager at this place.

The process was quick and easy, plus I got a good price on my unit. Update: that review was made when it was Right Move Storage. It has seen become Public Storage and things have changed. Not sure if it’s because of new ownership or the type of people who use it. Dollies are hard to find or missing most of the time. People rarely put them back now so you have to go searching for them. Plus the large ones have been replaced with really small ones that have a large gap by the handle so stuff falls off of them a lot. I’ve had to leave and come back several times because there were no dollies available and I had no way of getting my stuff to my storage unit. Something else I see now that I wasn’t seeing before: people clear out their unit and leave all their junk in front of the unit or in the parking garage. Again, not sure if public Storage is to blame or the new influx of people from all over who bring their bad habits with them🤷♀️
Please people do not use this storage place my food trailor brand new was stolen from this facility and they did nothing at all to help me get it back I got in contact with the district manager and her said he would view the cameras and never called me back this is the worst place several others are getting there trailors took too.

We have been with "All Storage" which is now "Public Storage, Crowley Road, Fort Worth", about 14 years. On Tuesday April 12, 2022, our 2018 Travel Trailer was stolen! The thief took it about 3:00 am. The Fort Worth Police made a report and requested video of activities of the night of April 11-12, 2022. No response from Public Storage to the Police or me. Discovered, on our own, their were other thrifts before ours! But customers were not notified !

I received a call from Public Storage on 7601 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX informing me I did not have a lock on my unit, of course I do, well it had been cut off by thieves. Drove up there to find other people who had been robbed waiting on the police so they can make a report (3 hrs and counting). I was lucky nothing in my unit of real value, one couple's trailer was stolen, another valuable tools, another had been robbed 2nd time in 30 days. These problems did not exist under the Storage Depot ownership. Public Storage bought them less than a year ago and already theft problems? Are we expected to pay high prices and replace locks every month or other month? Unacceptable! I called corporate and was provided the number of the district manager. They will have to do something IMMEDIATELY!!
I’ve been at this location for almost 8 years. Yet sometime between 4/9/2022 and this afternoon around this afternoon our brand new tv trailer was stolen. While waiting for the police I overheard some conversations and I began to inquire. There were at least 4 people whose locks were cut from their storage. Everyone had talked about the safety of the place now since new management makes me wonder if this is truly a safe place
