We’ve had this storage for 3 - 4 years with no issue with previous management. Public Storage takes over and not even a month in and our unit gets broken into. DO NOT RENT HERE.

My experience at US Storage was great from conception to fruition. When I initially called Daveon was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and then invited me to take a look at the unit. When I arrived Daveon was very professional and confident about the products that you offered. Daveon was assisted by Jared who answered additional questions about the location. Afterwards they reserved my unit.
The next day I walked into another location on Collins and was pleased to receive parallel services from Cynthia. Cynthia was willing to make a call on my behalf to inquire about price match. I know that the service was authentic because I walked into Cynthia’s location not knowing that it was the same company as Davions. The prices were competitive and fair. Cynthia was pleasant to work with and closed the deal.

Can’t say enough great things about US Storage Centers! I used the unit in Carrollton TX, for just around 2 years, and the staff, facility, and manager were always top notch. Amazing customer service. I wanted to make use of a climate controlled unit and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the facility. If you’re looking for a storage center you can trust, with A+ communication and service, this is the place.

I made a reservation at the Debbie lane location online. The next day I received a phone call from a nice young man Davion however I wasn't pleasant to him at the time. Davion still remained professional and pleasant. On Saturday I went to the actual location and met the most absolute amazing person Mrs. Cynthia. We were sold on placing our Home goods at this location with this business. The establishment was clean the unit was nice. Everyone was nice which says alot about the company and the integrity of the business. Also Davion I apologize for my rudness.

Went online Sunday, the website was relatively easy to follow. Came in today, walked in to a clean front desk area, and a nice gentleman named Scott who assisted me.
Scott was more than happy to show me to two options as I was torn on what the actual length I thought I reserved was.
In going around the facility, it was really clean and made me feel comfortable to choose this storage facility.
I've never rented a storage unit before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I think I made a great choice for a first timer! We'll see 🤞🏼.

I lost my staff after many calls I did said please help me am at the hospital I have pruff am not lie and I said I will paid I don't need my staff at the moment but please don't want to loose my stuff that's all my belongings. Called 2 weeks ahead of time to cancel storage unit. They said I didn't call before the 5th to cancel so they can't refund me, but I have phone records showing I called them on the 5th and they said they don't see it, so they are not refunding me. Don't do business with them they don't try to help their customers.

Even though both ladies are new, they were very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
The level of customer service from the company is below standards. It’s unfortunate for the young ladies working at the local center because they have to answer the phone and deal with customers who have had a bad experience. The company is quick to raise the price but they are horrible when you want to dispute anything. I was with assured for years and never had an issue and then us storage took over and customer service went out the door. I’ve had an issue now for two months with no resolution. Let’s see how long it takes them to resolve this because when I called early the year about the price hike they took a month just to rerun my call and I had to call three times before that even happened. What a joke

I was in and out with my gate code and all the information needed for my storage rental. They also have a nice deal on the storages for $68 a month!! Can’t beat that!! Poor customer service. I went to the office to speak with a representative, the door was locked. I called the number and the employee said he was at lunch for 30 more minutes and I would have to wait for him to return! This company took over from Assured Self Storage. They are unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion. I rented a storage unit and before I moved my items in, they rented the unit to someone else! Evidently, when it was managed under Assured, I insurance verification policy had expired. No one notified us from Assured. When US storage became the new owner, they never notified us, just automatically charge an additional surcharge to our account. I never once had issues with our storage while under Assured Storage management. Once US Storage purchased the business it has been downhill. In the near future, we will move our business else where.
