Young lady (Daytree)in office is nice..helpful...she personally deserves 5 stars..BUT but never received working lights...2 inside my unit are burned out...other than that..I was happy but found bigger..cheaper..working lights...had to take business elsewhere.

I accidentally rented a unit that was too small and needed to trade up to a larger one. Daytree was pleasant, knowledgeable, fast, and professional every step of the way. She obviously knew what she was doing, explained every step and every cost, had complete and thoughtful answers to each of my questions, and, because of all that, and her reassuring smile, was truly a breath of fresh air! I hope the company recognizes what a jewel they have in her. Service at this level has become quite rare these days.

Nice front staff, bad company. Decided to stop renting when the suddenly increased rent by $50 after already increasing it by $20 only a few months prior. The climate controlled location may seem secure with an extra lock to get in but it’s always busted when I go by even after multiple requests to get it fixed. I don’t know if it ever got fixed or was just broken again. Ceiling looks like it needs serious repair with the insulation all exposed and falling out

Very nice facility the employees are very professional and there are glad to help you on any needs for dealing with your storage facility, and my storage was at another location.
I would like to give thanks to Lady D, she’s always so helpful whenever, I need assistance. Lady D is approachable and kind. I really enjoy her presence whenever I’m piddling around in my two units 2021 and 2033. She makes it her business to check on me, which makes me feel so secure, when I’m there. Here customer service is excellent, because she’s always the same whenever I’m there.

I’ve rented a unit for a couple of months and recently received some rain damage to my possessions due to a leaky roof. The Public Storage team was quick to act, protecting my things by moving me to a new unit and helping me to file a claim. I want to thank Daitree, Maurice and Emma for making it as painless as possible and doing right by me. Thanks, guys.
Rent started at $119 for medium space and now up to $202. I am a victim of DV and needed to place my entire apartment in storage until safety and stability. Moving my items there cost over $1k, so moving my things somewhere else is not in my budget and neither is paying over $200/month because “rent is subject to change without notice”.
It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone ever as well. I wish circumstances would be taken into consideration when outrageously raising prices. If it wasn’t for my safety and situation I wouldn’t even need storage.

I just had a wonderful experience with public storage in Arlington. D a y t r e e was the young lady that helped help me with the entire process. She was very professional very accommodating and very knowledgeable about public storage and about all of the many benefits of using this company. My experience from start to finish with Public was very positive. They were very easy to get . She was very knowledgeable and told me several ways that I could save money by using on my credit card she told me how to access my gate easily with no problems she gave me an alternative phone number if I had any concerns or issues and overall I found this young lady to be one of the most professionals people that I've ever dealt with in storage before I highly recommend public storage and in particular this day tree will help you in any way that she could.

Patrick has been very helpful and returned my calls. Quick tip he is very good about checking voicemails so make sure to leave a voicemail if he don't answer. So far it has been very good.

Employees are TRASH at this location! Manager said that he only came after hours to answer questions that we had about our unit because his district manager approved overtime. No one answer the phone or was in the office the entire time during office hours. So happy to be getting away from the toxic relationship with public storage. Corporate is trash too, called and a young lady said she wouldn't help me because she needed my DL from 7 years ago. Public storage changed my locks on my unit because there is a rat infestation at the site. No one called me, had to hire a locksmith to break the lock to move out. Opened my unit and there are rat droppings everywhere on my items!!! Moved my things out and moving on with my life!!!
Property is a Health Hazard! Infested with Rats, and feces is up and down the halls and in units. Went to move in saw the halls and canceled my rent that day. Maurice made the cancelation process a breeze and redirected us to a newer property not too far away.
Look at unit before renting online, Public Storage won't reimburse rental even though I didn't move in, stayed with the company, and there was an health hazard on on the property. When speaking with customer service, having rats and their feces everywhere is not a "maintenance issue" so they can not issue a refund.
Very professional and helpful
DO NOT lease from here! The access doors are always broken and there is rarely a way to get in contact with anyone afterhours. The employees act like they are bothered when they are onsite when you have to get them to let you in. I've rented storage places before and this is by far the worst.
The guy that was up there is very lazy given he's the manager. Anytime I asked him a question he says he doesn't know. But when I was there the last time he was very nice and informative to an older white woman. If they are this laced when it comes to question how lax will they be when it comes to a concern once you actually rent space.
Patrick was friendly, full of knowlege, and very, very helpful. I really like this facility. We've been here a year and have always found it clean and easy to access (with all the codes and security locks, of course).

Great customer Service, I was at my unit 1 day just cleaning and organizing and 1 of the workers walked by, his name was Patrick greeted me and complimented my car, as we talked I took it apon myself to ask if he new why my bill has increased for storage I've been here for a while and been paying the same rate since, he asked a bit more info and said he would look in2 it for me since I was running short on time that day, I said I would appreciate it, honestly I was thinking he was just trying to be nice and honestly I didn't think he was going to, it's hard to come by people who do what they say or try and help now days lol later on that day Patrick calls and tells me he got my billing took care of and my monthly rate is fixed! I appreciate what he done for me, and he definitely has value and what he does and says to customers, figured I'd just give a shout-out

Called in to get clarification on my bill, as I was unsure why my amount had increased, I was able to speak with Tina. She was so helpful. She explained everything in detail, she broke down fees, due dates, and made sure I understood. Thanks Tina for taking the time to explain and being so nice!
I went to check on my unit, and immediately walking in my building there were 3 dead water bugs in different areas of the hallway and then upon opening my storage unit there was a large spiderweb along the door. For this to be a climate control space, it was disgusting and I was totally shocked and disappointed. Not to mention we got recent notice that there will be a significant increase in rent, for my 5x5 I was paying $65 now it's going to $80 which I have no idea where that money is going, especially for such a small space, because they are doing a horrible job with the indoor upkeep.
Went to this location by mistake. I was looking for something closer to where I'm moving. Porschia (in 100° heat) showed me a storage that would best fit my stuff and searched a couple of locations for me even tho she didn't have to. Kindness and generosity goes a long way.

I recently visited this location to check on some items I had in storage, when I went to lock my unit I had some trouble putting the lock back into place and went to the front to ask for assistance. With no hesitation the facility manager Porschia walked with me to my unit in the 100 degree heat I might add to help me lock my unit. Very much appreciated her helpfulness and willingness to help me out when she didn’t have to.

The only reason I didnt give my unit a 5 star is I felt the pest could be more controlled with increased treatment.

I can honestly admit that i am not the biggest fan of Public Storage mainly because the rent constantly changes after a few months.... but everytime i have encountered Porschia she is a pleasure to deal with. Very informitive and great customer service. I wouldnt have left this review if not for her.

I rented a unit from public storage.They force you to get insurance on your own belongings and pay $40 for a lock. When I started off I was paying $78.00 a month then $96.00 then $121 now I'm at the final straw of paying $166 per month on a unit that's not worth it. I see a bunch of positive reviews, give it a little time and those will change. A price increase on a unit every 3-6 months is just crazy. I am definitely moving out ASAP...
I came in to assist my Aunt with getting a storage due to her moving locations and the young lady by the name or porschia was really busy and she took her time to greet all the waiting customers in the store and made sure we got out as fast as she could. her customer service skills are amazing I will refer everyone to this location

Horrible customer service on site . I arrived at 10:30am and there was nobody in the office when they open at 9:30. The facility is infested with rat droppings and they have not addressed or offer to clean but yet the rent continues to go up … totally unsatisfied .
