We purchased a locker online through storage treasures, as soon as the auction was completed received a call from the facility to set up a time to pick up the contents. Upon arrival talked with Jesse whom I was very impressed with his customer service with the temperate outside being 106 degrees wanted to make sure we were being careful and if we needed any water to let him know that he had bottle water in the back and would be glad to get us some. It's this type of customer service that will always bring me back and make me a loyal customer to Public Storage Thank You Jesse

We're doing some renovations on our house soon, so I needed a storage unit. This PS location is very convenient to my house. I walked in on Saturday morning and was greeted by Les. He was extremely helpful, gave me great advice on the size I needed, and made sure I got the best deal possible.

The customer service here was great. At our old storage place trying to get anyone to help us was like pulling teeth. We switched over to public storage and the big guy with the salt and pepper hair(his name was something like Lex or Les i think), went out of his way to help us find the perfect unit and helped us with all our problems. We have a climate controlled unit and we love it. So easy to access with wide doors and hallways as well as plenty of room for your vehicles to get where they need to go, and we can get into it when we need to with our code.
