Amanda is absolutely amazing ! Great customer service , fast pace , she always makes sure you leave with every question answered , great with sales , amazing worker . Every time I come here I’m always asking for Amanda because of how great she is . Stored my items in 2 units this year in Feb, just picked up a few items to take to my new apartment in June and brought some uninvited guest (pest) back with me, cockroaches. I wish I would have known. Roach poop was on the bins (did not know what it was at the time). Roaches bit through my mattress protector and started hissing/ chirping (did not know it was). Found the evidence running around in the garage. Now I have to discard my furniture.

This facility is the best I’ve ever used! It’s incredibly secure with three to four different points of security to get to my belongings, none of which are difficult for the user. Amanda is always there it seems and is extremely helpful if you need access because perhaps you forgot your passwords(😳). She is professional and always busy but always accessible and more than happy to help. I will use this facility as long as I have storage needs in dfw.

Friendly staff but move out system needs work. I was "moved out" today and then couldn't access the doors anymore since they signed my unit out. Now, I'm stuck inside the parking lot without a way out.

This is by far the WORST storage rental place ever!!! First of all, they rip you off of money from the very beginning when you try to book a storage online. The website will have you thinking you are booking one place and you’ll find out you booked another. Instead of just transferring your funds to another store, they like to have you come out of pocket. I have had several issues when it comes to billing and receiving my payments. Whenever I try to call to resolve my issues, no one ever answers the phone, but ironically can call me at any given time as soon as I’m late with the payment. I’ve also had issues where Public Storage claims to have taken funds from my account yet never even do an attempt and still want to hold me responsible for payment not being made when it was made, and they just never took it out. I am sick and tired of getting to Tt with and being taken advantage of. I definitely do not recommend!

I have visited my unit many times over the summer. This place and it’s employees are selfish with their flat carts. There is only one available to people to share. And the other three are ALWAYS inside the locked and abandoned office. You can see them through the clear office doors. Then i call the company and of course I have to leave a voicemail to the property manager that everyone knows will never get back with you.
I’ve had other public storages with the carts always available and really nice people in the office during business hours. THIS location seems to be the only one trying really hard to be inconvenient.
I always make sure to bring my dolly, but do I really have to if I’m paying for a service?

My family stored our belongings here while we were between residences. We paid on time every month. We even purchased insurance. We finally bought our house and got out belongings and we had major water damage, especially on our sectional but also on 2 beds. This damage came FROM ABOVE. The roof is faulty. We thought it would be ok since we PAID for insurance but they are refusing to replace our damaged furniture that was in good condition when we put our things in storage. It took everything for us to purchase our house, we were living in a hotel for close to 2 years. We now have no sectional or other couch in our living room and my 2 sons do not have beds. We will be contacting the BBB about this so we can take further action.
We're good people who pay our bills and we even tried to cover our butts with insurance but we still got screwed over. This is absolutely shameful! BUYERS BEWARE, USE ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY!!!

Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I've called several times and no answer. I've even gone over there during business hours and the doors were locked. How am I supposed to communicate with these people regarding charges that I did not authorize?
At this point they are completely false advertisement. EVERYTIME I come up here the doors are locked. When the sign on the door says they are open.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience with both Amanda and Donna at this location. They go above and beyond to find exactly what you’re looking for and gave me the best price. I had rented a smaller unit and realized I needed something bigger. The transition from the smaller unit to the bigger one was a smooth with no hassle process. I highly recommend this location because of their friendly service along with how clean these units are and to top it off, they have bathrooms for their customers!

I do not like to give bad reviews to businesses, but this location is the worst. Also, They overcharge in so many fees and will not try to accommodate in anyway. We were there for 2 years and they kept us at the old unit for the same price as the new AC units, we requested a change of unit or unit price since ours was the old one and they didn’t want to change us but kept charging us as if we were in the new one. There’s better storages out there with better prices
