This has been a headache from the beginning! The place is always closed! Nobody answers when I call, there is 0 communication! And the elderly lady there is rude! She literally just hanged up the phone on me! Terrible experience! I do not recommend!

The manager (Ms. Donna) was very knowledgeable with all of the questions I presented to her. She even saw my exhausted body after being in my storage from approximately 6am until I took a break around 2pm from organizing, taping (reinforcing boxes) for my future move & offered me water!!! Very pleasant to be around. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!

Highly Unprofessional! I got a unit a month ago, turned auto pay off so i can keep track of my bills personally and not have things automatically pulling from my account. Ivy called me left a voicemail stating “it was an urgent matter”, all because i turned auto pay off! My husband just passed and his belongings are in that unit while i'm processing and moving. She terrified me thinking i lost my husband’s belongings to a fire or something by saying an urgent matter when i was just in my unit the day prior. ALL OF THIS OVER AUTO PAY! Auto Pay being turned off IS NOT an urgent matter. I DO NOT appreciate that especially after the trauma of losing my husband.

This is the most unprofessional lying company I have ever gave a dollar to. Donna and her staff give out the wrong information no one is on the same page with the contract details and information. They are never at the location or pick up the phones. They had me driving into the location a hour to make payments when I could have paid at the nearest location to my new house. Just terrible experience run and find a different location to store your belongings.

This place is horrible horrible whatever you do find another location not worth the money they locked me out of my storage keep looking don't come here I couldn't even move out of the unit because they locked my property after I've paid on time monthly don't come here they will raise the price it's just not worth the time or money keep looking don't be unhappy as myself I'm taking a huge lost
