I have interacted with the on site management on several occasions and all have been pleasant. Most if not all have been with Aixa. She has always gone above and beyond my expectations! I arrived at this location and was awaiting office to open for a client, there was a letter that’s stated they will be open at 1pm and it is now 1:10pm and the door is still locked. This is very unprofessional to not be on time at a business especially when I have to drive clear across town to be at work at 2pm.Please do better!

I have been paying for a climate controlled unit for YEARS only to find out it hasn’t had working climate control for some time. Not only that, I found rats had invaded my unit and chewed through boxes and storage totes. Rat feces was EVERYWHERE! Their remedy after allowing rodents and heat to destroy my belonging? $20 😐

I went to this location to rent a storage and must say I was very pleased with the service I received. Aixa was very helpful and kind. The day I went to complete my paperwork was get day off and I had no idea until she mentioned clocking in. She didn't rush me and politely answered all my questions. Don't rent from this place. Renters protect your property, there is people living in those units which is . They break in to the units not even a week after putting our stuff in it. Coincidentally non of the cameras were working at the time. There is people in bikes going around the property. The manager was not even there during working hours.

Aixa and Stephen were very polite and offered great customer service at this location. Was taken care of quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. Recommend to come at this location for storage unit needs.
So I have a unit in the Arlington location. Double locks arnt put on until the 15th of the month due to late payment. I had a double lock put on. I made the payment on the 24th of the previous month. 7/1 came and I made the following months payment. That double lock should have been taken off when I made June payment. Unfortunately staff was to lazy to remove the double lock from the previous month. This is my second trip to Arlington to get my things, not to mention I drove an hour away two days in a row because the lock was on there. I was told by a person to give them an hour and they will remove the lock and they never did. The lock wasn’t supposed to be on there in the first place. There’s no one there to help but a machine. And when you call the help number you speak to two people and there no one else you can speak to. Worst experience ever. I could have saved $91 and had my stuff but this is how they keep your stuff and make their money.

The person at the front is nice, nothing against the service desk. The facility obviously has a rat/mouse problem. There were droppings all over the unit. Once we got to the very back we saw they also had a leak in the unit. The ceiling was rotted out and the boxes around the area were saturated/moldy and smelled awful. I would not store here unless I used rodent deterants and saw the unit had no leak spots.
I had a great experience at public storage the girl who helped me was named Amanda she was very helpful she had a great personality and she likes her job and that's what I like to deal with when I do business . I had a great experience at this location.
Mandy was very polite and helpful. She helped me out from start to finish and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable lady. I recommend this location to anyone! Great job!

I am reading all these reviews about great service which all good until you really see what this storage is like. I'm searching for another unit now because this place is trash. My rent is a few dollars shy from $200 a month for a 10X10 which I would not complain if the place was not trash. I constantly see rat dropping and smell of urine. They obviously do not have pest control. There is another new PS down the highway that has the same size unit for a few dollars less and very clean. Please beware when renting from this particular storage facility if you care about your items in storage. Its a dump and the rents are high for this dump.

Head over to public storage the employee Stacy goes beyond and be out her way to make sure everything is comfortable and right she make sure she gets back in touch with you she try to make sure you're comfortable and if she can't she will connect you to someone that knows how to do the job but always go in and check on Stacy because Stacy is an excellent sweet person she is human she loves people so I think she loves her job too they couldn't have found the better employee than Stacy thank you public storage
