I have a storage unit here now and I've called multiple times for them to come fix the doors so that I can get in the unit still have not came out to fix the doors so I brought all my furniture to put in the storage unit can't even do that now I have to take my stuff back to my old place the customer service and the property managers do not care I do not recommend anyone renting from this place u will be wasting your time and money then I knocked on the door cause I seen the property managers cars there and no one responded when I was knocking they obviously don't care about this property or there customers

Este lugar es el más inseguro para guardar tus cosas mi candado se arruinó pasé llamando y enviando correos para que lo arreglaran y nunca fue tomado en cuenta un diga llegó y mis cosas ya no están en mi espacio me robaron todo mi material de trabajo ellos saben que esto está pasando pero como los ladrones están entre ellos no dicen nada, llego a la oficina y no hacen nada pedí ver las cámaras y no movieron ni un dedo son ladrones lo peor que hay de almacenamiento el área está insegura rentan espacios para que viva gente dentro de ellos y las puertas las dejan abiertas todo el día no guardes tus cosas en este lugar es inseguro sucio, y son cómplices de los robos que suceden en ese lugar

I would give it negative stars if I could. I booked a month in advance. When I went there, I couldn't complete the process to move in because suddenly nothing was available, despite my reservation. Two online agents tried and failed to help and asked me to drive to another location to pay in person. The agent there took my money and assured me I am getting the drive up access unit I paid for. I drove back to the original location and realized it was not a drive up access and agent also failed to give me the code to enter the hallway. I drove back again and she said "you did drive into the facility in your car so it is drive up access". Seriously? That is your definition of drive up access unit? I asked to cancel the whole things and refund so I can go to a more reliable storage unit. Now they are refusing to refund the admin fee because it's non refundable. This whole process was so messed up. They should be ashamed stealing peoples money like that.

DO NOT RENT unless you want rat droppings/pee all over your personal items. I had my unit for just one week before I noticed that rats live there. I tried to resolve the issue with staff before any of my belongings got completely ruined, but my only options were to change units on the same property (which means I’ll eventually have the same issue) or to just cancel. Obviously, I canceled to avoid any future frustrations. It took my husband and I all day yesterday to move our items out because we not only had to separate what was now waste, we also had to Lysol spray/disinfectant everything else. We did not have a single ounce of food or perishable items and we were still affected.

From what I see at this Public storage. I don’t really see the front doors or office open. So wonder if the storages gets rented but from the reviews they do get rented but from reading they’re mostly negative reviews. I did notice though how there’s always cars parked in the covered parking lot not just one but more than one. The front office is not cared for at all and you can tell cause the blinds are broken in of rue windows. It basically looks shady at that public storage. And the person running the storage is literally taking advantage of free rent and not keeping up with the facility

Just moved out of my unit yesterday and it took double the time because I had to Lysol everything and scrub off tons of rat droppings off every item. I threw away 10 dustpans of rat droppings by the end of the move out process. I had called numerous agents and the manager a few times to ask that they offer some pest control during my 12 month rental and nothing was ever done or followed up on. One agent even said I could call the regional manager but that it would be a waste of time since he refers him often and he does nothing to help the customer. My triple shrink wrapped couch cushions and couch back cushions are completely ruined from rays nesting probably during the last month of November when I didn’t check on my unit. The worst was that no one was on location to report any of this to in person and while moving out many non renters drove through the gate tailgating through just to blast loud music and speed through the lot with zero deterrents in place to prevent this. This made the final check out process SCARY, to say the least. The dumpster was overflowing when we arrived at 11am to start move out and to make things worse the light in the unit was burnt out and never replaced even after complaining since move in. They raised my rent 3 times over this year and it was going to $209 in January. I called to make sure they noted I’m out completely and hope to not get charged because of incompetence like I’ve read in other reviews. I assure to anyone looking for safe storage and fair prices- this is not the place, keep looking. I’m so happy and feel peace of mind knowing my stuff is finally safe somewhere new and fairly priced.

This place is awful!!! Though I moved out and checked out in the office, well before the next pay cycle, they STILL CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH!!! Going back and forth for like 3 months now and still haven't gotten my refund. This place is a total scam! No one will talk to me about this. It's like they're avoiding me. What a scam this place is! Don't go here? I am begging you! You will regret it!

No one on site makes service slow, but good facility other than that.

I can't wait to get out and will never use them again. I wouldn't refer even my fog to them. Its been one problem after another with them. Then I pay half a month and talked to a live agent and was quoted I had til end of month to pay rest of pymts. I quoted a date and said I would be back and I get a message the day before I'm going to pay and get things and was told they gained access to my unit for not making monthly pymt and now had a late fee assessed and needed to call and speak to an agent. I drive an hour and half to the unit to be locked out. Gate access denied . I go in to speak to and agent and was told it would be 73 hrs before I would gain access and would need to wait on an email for them quoting the lockbox was cut off. That's 3 days of my time taken away plus a wasted trip and I will make it right and get my things cause I'm the better person then never refer this place to anyone. toagr agent and paid and was told it would be up to 72 hrs for someone to come cut a lock box

The security door has been broken for 2 weeks. The neighbors at the hotel are walking through there and dumping their trash. It's not secure. I called the office 7 days ago. Asked for corporate as well. Never got a courtesy call back. Also, it took them 2 weeks to get the glass up at the main entrance.

Where to start long story short everything my son and I owned was in that unit. My unit was broken into arrange the time to go look at unit. Even called to make sure someone was there. No one showed up a lot of back-and-forth and the person saying I don’t know when someone’s gonna be there to let in.had to stop paying on the bill to get someone out of state to help me everything is pretty much gone and all they cared about. Is that one month rent please reconsider this place go to the storages in the buildings not these.

Awful! Samantha is rude and they do not care that you just had a baby and was robbed they still auction off your stuff!!! The were rude in the beginning and still flippin rude!! So many other places go to NOT HERE!!!!!

Public Storage is my preferred place to store my household items, memorabilia etc. The staff is always helpful and friendly, facilities are always secure, safe and clean. Very reasonable prices and easy access. I highly recommend Public Storage!

Rats get in your unit not worth the money find a better place.

These people are scam artists. They took off my insurance without me knowing. Rats have ruined my things. I was told go to a newer unit facility. We can't help you

The place has no attendant in the office ever. That bothers me when I need to ask a question because I'm a new tenant. And they will call and leave messages on the silliest things. They need improvement
