The storage rent has gone up at random times for an unknown reason. I'm paying for an outside storage that used to be $124 for a few months plus the $11 rent, but then it suddenly jumped up to $164 total this month. I've called 3 times in the last week and gone to voicemail. Left a voicemail each time and have not been called back. Now it's getting to the point where I have to pay or all belongings will be out of storage property. I think it's unfair to give a price increase without warning and a call back. If you can't go in visit in person, this is not worth your time to go to.
I have been with this location for over a year and always receive great customer service and support from the manager. This week I needed her assistance more than once and she was available and helpful both times. It definitely made it much easier for me versus calling corporate customer support.

I have had the worst experience in Pantego, Arlington Texas. I’ve requested a District Manager call me 5 times through corporate and the property site with no return call. I’ve been over charged l, my free month was a prorated month which is not what was advertised. An accidental rental on my part at the wrong location online was charged a 29.99 admin fee with property refusing to refund for 2 hours. Samantha was not helpful at all and her boyfriend/ husband on FaceTime is apparently extremely important as she’s on there with him every time I come inside. Deneen was the only person willing to help me at the other Pantego property. You should be ashamed at the Management team you’ve employed. Being an employee of a Fortune 500 company these employees would never be on my team, shame on you Public Storage!
