Today was a very stressful day as anyone knows moving can be very taxing and if there is a time constraint, that sense of urgency can be overwhelming. I am so grateful to Mr. Bill, and Ms. Sara (Who is in training) and Ms. Candie (Who was not on site) Because not only did they help me with a great deal that was more convenient for me than what I had originally walked in the door with from a another (nightmare) location, but they went above and beyond to make sure that the day that started off like hell, ended a lot better and more hopeful for me moving forward. Thanks so much! You guys are rockstars, awesome individuals, and seem to really care about making the experience as seamless possible. ❤️❤️

My sister has had a storage unit here for many years, I am on her account. There was an issue with her cc and it did not auto pay and we were unaware of it at the time. She and, then a couple of days later, I received a call from Bill who explained the situation and was concerned as the unit in over 5+ years had never been late. The situation got handled and was resolved. My sister called the third party to get it taken care of immediately and they were very helpful and kind and got everything handled for her. I just wanted to shout out and thank Bill for his professionalism and kindness regarding this situation. I feel he went over and above to let us know and follow up, and then called the next day to confirm they had received the payment, it had a zero balance and auto pay had been reset up and was good to go. Public Storage is very lucky to have Bill in your employ as he is a very good representative of your company. It seems in this day/age when most seem not to care or don't go above their "duties" it is wonderful to see a company who employs people who really care about their tenants and do what they can to help!! So.......THANK YOU BILL!!!! ZP

I had a question and stopped by the office an was greeted by Monika. She answered all questions explained the locked was on the unit. The unit was clean key in location as advised.

This public storage has been a God send to my unfortunate situation. Roxie helped me get a more reasonable unit and was very thoughtful and kind the entire experience. Bob went above and beyond. We had another unfortunate situation and he took his time, about two hours to help us. He also helped us move into the unit quickly and swiftly took about 20’minutes tops and it was after hours at that point. Thank you all so much. I felt very cared for

Sheryl it’s a dishonest person , they give us the wrong storage unit then 2 months later calling trying to collect extra fees “we are responsable to pay “ talked to Sheryl about it she said there’s nothing she can do , I called costumer service they said to go back and call them from office , never mind I just move some place elsewhere, I refuse give my business to dishonest employees and fraudulent manager

If I could give it a zero, I would. More like a scam. They have no staff during business hours. We did transaction online, paid, got to location and couldn't access the unit. There was noone there to help; left message and even called the 1800.... they claimed they will keep the Administrative Fee!!!! We couldn't access the unit and needed a refund due to lack of service from them. So unfair. It is a fraud.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not rent here!!!! They will raise the rent add on fees! A worker there named Cheryl will get mad when you try to get information and hang up on you and not answer the phone anymore. Cheryl has the worst customer service! Do not choose this location unless you want to over pay and be disrespected.

TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE SERVICE!!!!!! THEY GIVE YOU THE HARDEST TIME AND DO NOT WORK WITH YOU! I AM A WORKING MOM and they seem to still not understand, how to come up with solutions to assist their customers in a manner that makes sense. Ever since this storage unit got acquired by this new company it has DEFINITELY GONE DOWN HILL! Customer service does not exist at all!

Unfortunately since Public Storage has taken over from All-storage, this facility has gone downhill. The first issue has been the constant rate increases - with no change in facility improvements. What am I paying for? Second, the place is not very well kept and I was often finding trash in the halls of the building my unit was in. Third, several broken components such as the doors and now the back gate that need repair but are not. Fourth - it’s difficult to get assistance and communication is very slow - if available at all. Fifth - be sure to bring your own cart because there is rarely one available when you need one. Sixth - the space is supposed to be air-conditioned but because the doors don’t shut properly, it’s around 80 to 85 degrees inside the space. I was not wanting to move out to another facility but when the company clearly has no care for it’s customers or the storage space, what’s the point? The final nail was when I moved out a week after paying for the month and they didn’t pro rate my rental fee. Two years ago, I would have recommended this place. Today, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
