update- Property manager finally called me. I got moved in. She explained to me- she also covers other property sites and this is the reason why there’s not always someone on property. She was very nice and friendly.

Excellent customer service here at this location. They're always there for you, whether you're moving in or out or just have a question or need some help with something.
I stored my things here for over a year and a half. It was a very safe location - I didn't even mind stopping by here at night by myself - and I never had any problems with pests of any kind or anything getting damp or wet. It was also very convenient, being able to just drive up right in front of my unit.
Keep in mind, as well, if you live in the city, the prices here are much better than toward the center of Dallas. Pay less to have your things kept more safely and likely with more convenient access to your unit.

I wanted to update because it's pretty frustrating when I come during "office hours" that no one is actually here. You need to have hours posted when there is actually someone available.

Candi Was A Big Help Getting Me Signed Up. Very Receptive.
Stay far away from this place! Awful security and they are not willing to help when your property is stolen. Another tenant was seen on their video surveillance stealing my trailer and Public Storage wouldn’t even try contacting the tenant! Apparently there is/was a known theft ring on this property and it’s common for tenants to use the “free month” of rental as a means to steal property. The tenant propped the gate open around 7:30pm so they could make a quick getaway. Although someone lives on property they didn’t notice the gate was open until the next day! I was told once employees are off work, they are not required to keep an eye on the facility. What’s the point of having someone live on-site? The tenant cut through log chains, a tong lock and a wheel boot. They likely spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to free up the trailer and managed to go unnoticed. There have been multiple storage unit break-ins at this location as well. The company is not willing to help at all.

I was at this location a couple of days ago , helping a friend with picking Up: g some stuff out of their unit for their upcoming move in of their new home ....almost finished for the day, ... i noticed the front desk guy walking on the property(i think his name is Brian),in any case i tried to get his attention as he walked by my friend and i,but he payed no attention as he was more occupied with whatever he was listening to on his headphones, ..as he couldn't hear me shouting but he looked bothered, and was not customer friendly at all....and because of the non- professional , along with the non-customer service, public storage guarantee, ...i decided not to open up a unit here at this time.
Haven’t been there personally, but I’ve met one employees and they were very nice!
I would be interested in updating my rating, however, my experience thus far has been disappointing. Despite being within business hours, I have not found anyone on site. Additionally, the gate is not operational, and the storage room has improperly secured insulation, which has resulted in physical discomfort such as headaches and coughing. At this stage, I am contemplating relocating my belongings to an alternative storage facility.
Update: I must warn others that I recently spoke with corporate and was informed that they typically do not have staff on site full-time because they make frequent runs to other locations. This information raises concerns about the reliability and accessibility of this facility, especially for renters who require regular access to their stored items. As such, I advise caution before renting from this facility.

They put your unit up for auction despite you making your payments on time. Just found out that my lock was cut off and when I asked the employee on site that they placed it up on auction despite my account showing it was up to date on payments. This was an error that was made on their end which resulted in someone cutting off my lock when I wasn’t present. All I got was not getting charged for a new lock as an apology.

They don't answer the phone even if you leave a voicemail.
They are not helpful when you try to find the storage the your really need, they are just there to charge you fees. They are not very knowledgable of what your needs and how much space you might need. Even if you try contacting them on their website, the chat representatives are not helpful either. You are on your own.
