I store my stuff at the storage place and I had to go in today to get some stuff and Jenny was there in the front office and she was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and kind and she really makes me happy that I use public storage

This place has great service the lady that runs it is super nice yet stern and she works hard at making it an exceptional storage facility.
The lock on my unit wasn’t working. Someone broke in my unit and stole at least $2K worth of equipment. These units are not supervised. Your items aren’t safe.
Using public storage, only pd a total of $51.00 to get into a 10 x 20. Costumer service was outstanding thank you Ashley. If you need space it’s the place to go highly recommend.!

Rented a 5x10 unit and later realized it was going to be too small. I called and spoke to Ashley who was able to get me into a larger unit that would work for me and keep my promotion pricing. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Tried to cancel my insurance for a different one and couldn’t do it online nor can get anyone on the phone. No temperature control storages.
Wish giving zero stars was allowed because that’s what this place deserves. Had a unit with them for over a year and every few months there was some new charge ranging from 50-100 causing my monthly payment to go up. They rarely answer the phone, only when it’s beneficial to them, and the front office is almost never open during their operating hours. Multiple times after I’ve left countless voicemails I would drive to this location just to see that no one was there in the first place. They will steal things out of your storage unit, try to auction off your things before they send out notice of sale and lack common decency and communication. Take your money elsewhere if you’re needing to store your things.
I have never wanted to leave a bad review, but this place has to be the worst place I have ever worked with for storage. Not only are they unresponsive, but the district manager is rude and only calls when it is convenient to her, but yet I tried moving out on the day I had put and I got a phone call and a voicemail from her saying I had to vacate ASAP and then when i tried the offices were closed?? I went during normal office hours and I left her three voicemails and tried calling because they were actually trying to charge me for still being there when I wasn’t. Management if awful and the worst part was that they tried to claim that I had just moved out today when I have proof that 1) the offices were closed on Tuesday during office hours 2) all the voicemails and phone calls I left her to which none were responded. They sent me an email telling me I had an outstanding balance but it is not my responsibility if they can’t even manage a place properly. So many people have moved out because of high rates and they don’t supply anything new to make sense of such ridiculous prices. I am so disappointed in this place and the management. I am so glad I left and found a better place because they will charge you for not even being with them anymore.
It was good while it lasted. I originally started paying 35 for a 5x10 unit (not climate controlled and on the second floor). It was good, but they have shot up the prices like crazy and now I am paying triple of what I had originally started paying and no wonder so many people are moving out. Money hungry company, but I found a new place with climate control and for a lot cheaper. I would save my time and not even rent out a place here because they will shoot up the prices like crazy, since so many people are moving out due to the crazy prices!!!

I wanted to rent a space at this location, when I first attempted rent it on line there were some computer glitches. I drove over the rental office where Jennifer was able to help me. She also at first was having software problems but since I had time I told that I would be back later. She worked thru issues and was able to get me the at price that was advertised on line. She was super helpful and look forward to working with Jennifer and Ashley.

Worse place ever I lost over 10k worth of stuff in a fire that occurred about 2 years ago. The general manager was not helpful and all and had a bad attitude. I'm still devastated over the lost of my things. They did not even informed me of the fire. I showed up in my rented truck to pick up my things and there was nothing to pick up everything I had was destroyed. No help at all.

I have been renting a unit at this location for about 2 years now. Chris has been taking care of me and has been extremely courteous from day one. My girlfriend recently has gotten a unit of her own, here at this location, and Bill got her in a unit for a good price.
