WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THE MANAGER JASON DID NOT KNOW WHICH STORAGE UNITS HAD LIGHTS IN THEM..WELL COME TO FIND OUT ALL LARGE UNITS DO HAVE ELECTRICITY IN THEM...THEN AFTER VIEWING THE UNIT IT DID NOT HAVE A LIGH BULB IN IT SO THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO TO WALMART AND GET A LIGHT BULB WHICH I DID AND HAD TO PLACE IT IN THE SOCKET MYSELF THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE MANAGER'S OFFICE HE SAID HE FINALLY FOUND A LIGHT BULB TO PUT IN WHICH I INDICATED TO HIM THAT I WENT TO WALMART AND BOUGHT ONE ALREADY AND INSTALLED IT...WOULDN'T YOU THINK THAT A GOOD MANAGER WOULD ALREADY HAVE EXTRA LIGHT BULBS IN HIS OFFICE AND KNOW HE HAS THEM BEFORE SAYING TO A CUSTOMER THAT I NEED TO GO BUY ONE WHICH I WAS NEVER COMPENSATED FOR BUYING IT AND THE GAS AND TIME I SPENT GOING TO GET A LIGHT BULB...THEN WHEN MOVING OUT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GATE IT WOULD NOT OPEN TOLD ME TO GO TO THE BACK AND USE THE APP TO OPEN IT....WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS SUPERVISOR'S NUMBER HE SAID HE COULDN'T GIVE IT OUT ...WELL THANK THE LORD I HAD SPOKE TO HER BEFORE ABOUT THIS MANAGER AND I SAVED HER NUMBER IN MY PHONE ...WELL I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER THE PROBLEM AND DURING THE TIME I CALLED HER THE MANAGER MOVED THE GATE SO CUSTOMERS COULD GO THRU IT..SO WHY COULDN'T HE DO THAT IN THE BEGINNING ...EVERY TIME I WENT TO THE OFFICE HE WAS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND NEVER LEFT A TIME WHEN HE WAS RETURNING AND ALWAYS FOUND SEVERAL PEOPLE OUTSIDE WONDERING WHERE HE WAS....WE NEVER KNEW WHERE HE WAS ....HE WASN'T ON THE GROUNDS HE MAY HAVE BEEN HIDING UP IN HIS APT. SINCE HE LIVES ON SITE....SO GLAD I MOVED OUT OF THIS HORRID PLACE AND ADVISE PEOPLE OF THE MANAGER WHO IS NOT DOING HIS JOB!!!!!

I would advise against renting a storage here. My unit is infested with rats. I mean tons of rats. They don't seem to be concerned with containing them . Also, the staff here is extremely rude. I just got my storage a couple days ago. I was approached by an employee this morning who demanded to know why I was on property and told me I had to l "get the **** off property immediately. " Because it was past access hours. I requested 24 hour access as I was on a tight deadline and I was just trying to get moved in. They refused to give me temporary 24 hour access so I was forced to block the gate with a piece of luggage to keep it from closing. I finally got moved in and now they are throwing me out. totally unprofessional. Additionally, I was accused of defecating on property, stealing locks from other units, and causing damage to the inside of a storage unit amongst other things. My advise would be to take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of Self-storage facilities to choose from . Stay away from this place.

Sara's customer service is unmatched. I rent at different Public Storage locations because I like the service but this location on Keller Springs really stands out. Thank you for making our move very easy, Sara.

I’m giving 2 stars to be a NICE. Probably deserves one. They don’t “keep keys” so when my movers gave them keys , they didn’t hold them at all and didn’t even let me know so I had to call a locksmith which costed me $125. And when moving my stuff out I asked for help moving a couch they with an attitude just said no. They don’t have vans or any assistance whatsoever . The people at the desk are barely there and it’s difficult to reach people with the phone line. Overall bad experience .

Jason the manager is a dedicated employee and keeps this facility clean. He is outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient, kind and always there to assist with a smile! Thank you Jason, you ROCK!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had been with this public storage for over two years, the entire time Jason the manager of this property has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. He went out of his way to go out and confirm that my large unit was cleared out by the company I hired properly to help me feel better and secure knowing I wouldn’t be charged another month’s rent.

On 4/27/24 Jason walked me thru the process by phone on my reservation. He explained the entire process from monthly fees including insurance and gate code and was professional and patient till all was complete. He represents Public Storage at its highest. Definitely feel good about doing business with this location due to Jason. Thank you Jason!

I got scammed out of $80 I will never use public storage again No one to reach out to on weekends for help Not to mention another $44 for my U-Haul ! Either you have what I need or you don’t Don’t take customers money and say this is all we have !

UPDATE: Public Storage notified me that they went up $48.00 on my unit. Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units. The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company. Jason is an asset!! Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed. It's made it a bit inconvenient for me!! Again Jason ROCKS!!

Jason has been a huge help with multiple storage units

I went with a friend of mine. They're clean and well maintained. There's 24 hr access and plenty of lighting so you don't have to worry about someone lurking around the corner. I liked that the public restrooms are accessible even after the office is closed. They would have received 5 stars but a couple of employees there weren't very customer friendly. I worked retail many years and what I saw was far from good customer service. But like I said I was just an observer it's my friends storage facility not mine.

They are the best thanks Jason. I'm on my last legs y'all, if you got some extra coin and you can help me out with it, I had to file for disability, and on my birthday of all days. I don't want to lose my fridge or my mom's stuff that I have been holding on to for the grand kids. If you can, do. If you can't then it's all good. God Bless
