I'm a Returning customer and the staff at this location are friendly with great customer service! Larry helped me finish all the paperwork for my move in and he answered all my questions well 🙂 The storage complex is kept clean and never had any issues with them from my previous rental. They have promos or discounts every so often so I think that's pretty cool and can definitely be needed when moving! Who doesn't like saving some bucks ?! 🤷🏻♀️ I've recommended them before and will continue to recommend this location!

On a day that nothing seems to be going right for me. I went to my Public Storage unit off I-35. I can’t find the right key to open my unit and I share my situation with Mrs Kristen at the office. She took her time and did everything possible to help and then some. I was able to get a Lock Smith on short notice. And I was able to get into my unit and have a new lock. Thank you Kristen for doing a 5 star Professional!!
The business hours posted are never accurate. No one is ever in the office, even during office hours. The place is great, but the office guy just hides in the back room behind the office all day. I see his white car parked out front, but he is never in the office. I have tried several times to go replace my lock which they cut because I was late once in 2 years. But every time I go up there, no one is in the office. They also don't ever answer the phone.
I can not recommend this public storage more and having Kristen helping Me. She was so nice and patient with helping me with finding what I needed and answering all of my questions. Definitely went above and beyond, such a great representation of what superior customer service should be.
