I won’t say where specifically, but I came from another Public Storage location in the north DFW area, and it was not pleasant, to put it kindly. I really lucked out this time. Today was a very stressful day as anyone knows moving can be very taxing and if there is a time constraint, that sense of urgency can be overwhelming. I am so grateful to her, Because not only did she overcompensate for a bad customer service experience that had nothing to do with her or her location, she still helped me with compassion and understanding while trying to find a great deal that was more convenient and up to my standards for me than what I had originally, from a another (nightmare) location. She wanted to make sure that the day that started off like hell, could end a lot better and more hopeful for me moving forward. Roxie Is the bomb as a Public Storage manager . She will do almost anything she can for you . However with Public Storge corporate division on some things her hands are tied . She really try's her best to keep the facility spotless and clean. It would be nice if corporate division would help with supplying her with the maintenance materials to keep the place looking spotless .

Currently renting here and went today if you're renting here please go and check your stuff there are squatters living there.
If you would like many phone calls to speak to a manager for them to go all unanswered this would be the place. If you would then like a week later to have the manager (roxie) call you only for the first words out of her mouth to be "why are you so angry?" This would be the place as well. The lack of unprofessionalism on her part as a so called manager is unacceptable. There will never be an excuse for a manager to speak to an individual who currently has a unit there the way she did and get away with it. Terrible individual.
UPDATE - AS OF 12/3/2023 - IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO TO YOUR LOCKER TO HAVE THE CURRENT LOCK LITERALLY CUT OFF THIS IS THE PLACE. IF YOU WOULD THEN LIKE TO GO INTO THE LOCKER ONLY TO FIND YOUR CURRENT PROPERTY IN THE LOCKER TO BE STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE. UNACCEPTABLE.
UPDATE - AS OF 12/8/2023 - THE "DISTRICT MANAGER" - HER NAME IS BRANDI - CALLED ME TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED AND I PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM MY UNIT AND THE ONLY WORDS THAT CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH WERE "WELL DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND I SAID NO BECAUSE THESE WERE MY FATHERS BELONGINGS AND ONCE HE PASSED AWAY BUYING INSURANCE WAS THE LAST THING ON MY MIND AND SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY IF THERES NO INSURANCE ON YOUR UNIT ITS BASICALLY THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM AND NOT THEIRS. NOW I UNDERSTAND HAVING INSURANCE ON THE UNIT BUT SHE DID NOT TRY AND DISCUSS ANYTHING MORE OTHER THAN IT'S MY PROBLEM AND NOT THEIRS. THOSE ITEMS ARE IRREPLACEABLE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FINDING THEIR CUSTOMER A SOLUTION OF ANY SORTS.
DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT FROM HERE BECAUSE ITEMS WILL BE STOLEN AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SHAME ON THEM.
Office staff is never there. Have a storage at this facility and have stopped by on three separate occasions during their business hours, yet no one is there.
Does not a single person find it incredibly odd that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW list Roxie by name and how EVERY SINGLE REVIEW is only about her and how wonderful she is, as if she was the place of business and not public storage. Honestly how many people would actually remember some lady's name and then later on feel compelled to go into Google and be sure that everyone knows just how amazing she is. Even though you can rent and pay for a unit without ever even talking to her not one time and get the same results. Sells like a little bit of coercion and scripted dialogue to me.

This Public Storage location is incredible! The facility was built with the customer's comfort in mind. This location is huge, with an indoor bay the pull-in to, four (4) elevators at every point, and fantastic staff! The staff, Roxie (Manager), excells in customer satisfaction. She really goes the limits to make sure your storage needs are taken care of. This location is a great storage to use. I am still impressed even after 7 months of renting here.

I moved into a unit about 2 weeks ago. Renting & moving in was easy, except they make you purchase a lock and say you can return for a refund. I did not need a lock and didn't even receive a lock in my unit to return for the refund. I've called multiple times to speak to someone about the refund and have received no calls back. I've even called customer service who says I have to speak to the property manager.
Very frustrating to require something but then offer no resolution.

I have rented here for a couple of years. The facility is maintained and clean. There is a bathroom near the storage area to use as well. The property manager, Roxie is always very helpful. She answers my questions and gets back to me quickly when I call the property. Cheryl and Skye have helped me as well. Always very friendly. There are plenty of carts to use to load and unload your items for storage, and the lighting on the facility is fantastic. There has never been a concern of my safety when im at my storage when its dark outside. The hours of operation are nice as they are open 7 days a week. The gate hrs are 9AM to 8PM 7 days a week. Its a very convenient location if you need storage as it is right of the George bush tollway.

Roxie is the heart and soul of this place. She's friendly and knowledgable and works with you on what you need. Furthermore, the rates are great. The place across the street is cool, but the price here at Public Storage is much better. The dolly carts that are provided are good and sturdy, all of the doors and elevators work, and there are multiple bathrooms. I recommend.
I've been a customer of all storage for several years. Roxie has always taken care of my family's needs with a smile on her face and exceptional customer service. She is an asset to all storage and now public storage. Public stage is very lucky to have her.
