horrible! if i can do 0 stars i would, CANT pay online and they say come in person to pay yet no one is ever in the office. It’s 4:30pm on a thursday and no one’s there ?! Then you call their phone and no one answers the phone 🙃 and this has been an occurrence at multiple locations near by smh GET IT TOGETHER

Why is it that you advertise a space for 187 month but charging me 250 a month. When I originally started renting a year ago it was 150. I am posting this because you will not pick up the phone.

The company I work for uses Public Storage to store furniture, decor, and other items that are needed for the rental homes that we set up. We have two large outdoor units. Other than the heat in the summer (that no one can control!), it’s a great option for storage! It’s also 5 minutes from my house, which is super convenient. They have lots of locations around the city.
We loved working with Karen to determine the right size for our needs! She’s fun and and pleasant.

I recently started using the Public Storage on First Army in Frisco, and my experience has been fantastic, thanks to Karen and Corey. These two go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of.
Karen has an amazing way of making you feel right at home. She keeps the units impeccably clean and is always ready to help out, whether you need assistance finding your unit or advice on how to best utilize the space. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in every corner of the facility.
Corey is equally friendly and helpful. He made the whole process of renting a storage unit super easy and stress-free. He's always ready with a smile and has an answer to every question.

Original post (Jan 2023): We rented a unit on 1/13/2023. Karen and the other lady at the desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made the rental process easy and quick.

This review is based upon Karen’s service and not that of Public Storage themselves. Having changed to Public Storage I was unable to sign up or complete any of the requested activities due to having previously had an account with Public Storage at another location.
I had to go into the storage facility and Karen, understanding the issues, was able to step through the sign up and transfer activity.

Easy to find & clean building
We rented a space online and met up with Amy the Store Manager. She was very attentive and explained our arrangement with calm and confidence. We immediately felt welcomed and assured we had made the right choice in renting here. I've rented in the past and did not get this type of treatment. She walked us to our space explaining the property entry and exit process down to the details of how the elevator works and the manner in which the lock on our door needed to be handled. An all around super experience. Thank you Amy!!
