It's definitely a storage facility, if you've seen one you've seen them all. But the prices aren't bad and the units I looked at were clean, no sign of bugs or anything like that. Really the only reason I went with this location is because the girl I talked to, Bridget went above and beyond with explaining everything and getting me sett up!. Nothing but a great experience so far! I've been renting here since November 2023. The beginning of this month I received an email stating my promotional rate was ending and my new rate would be increasing by almost $100. I contacted Kelly at the property and she was great! She was able to extend the promo rate by 3 months. This works out great since I'll be closing on my home soon. This saves me a lot of money during this home moving process.

RIP OFF ALERT! 5 stars for all staff. But I’ve had my storage unit for less than a year. The rate I agreed to was $220 a month. After having the unit maybe 5 months, they increased the rent 30% to $288 a month. It’s been about 4 months since that increase, and they just raised it again, by another 38% to $384! And with no warning either. In 11 months the rent went from $220 to $384? CRIMINAL! I have a UHaul storage unit in Plano as well that has not raised the rent even once. Stay away from this company, bunch of crooks!

I've been storing here for years. Good management and clean facility...., however they have recently gone a bit crazy with their rent. If i was a new renter I'd get a great deal, but since they know I have all my stuff in storage they jack the rate by 20 to 30 bucks on a regular basis. This review is aimed at the corporation, not the people who run the location, they have always been great,. UPDATE from 2 to 5 stars. Public Storage evidently realized they had raised the rent 26% last year and another 21% this year... and adjusted it back down accordingly, which I appreciate as moving was going to be a pain, but would have done so as I had found several places as close or closer for 40 to 50 a month cheaper. The property manager here is excellent.

Kelly is amazing. Walked me getting a unit gave all the options was very open about pricing I believe I got the second to largest. When it came to closing my unit again she hit all the marks and was very though would rate hirer off possible.
Now I do not know who own this location but what ever you do stop what you are doing and give Kelly a raise, a promotion and all of her flowers because she is nothing short than amazing. I would have been lost in the sauce without her. Kelly has helped me out and she know the system extremely well.

Was in today and Kelley as usual was a huge support and more than willing to accommodate some things we needed when she absolutely didn't have to. Wanted to share my recent experience with one of your managers Kelly Ramon. She was very nice to me and very professional. I had to move into a larger unit and this process could have been a stressful time for me considering my current life situation but Kelly made it a lot more manageable which reduced my stress level a great deal.
