Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 2995 Gender Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH

I went to the storage earlier this morning and everything was fine. I was able to get in and out no problem. Went later in the day. I wasn’t able to get out because they had all of the entrances and exits were blocked off. Leaving me to be stuck in the storage. I was able to get out but my car would have been stuck. Went in the office to inform the lady she said she didn’t know what was going on.

Do not rent here! On Saturday Iwent I the location on Brice to change my lock due to them not being open in the office after 6pm on weekdays. I was there at 9:30 am and no one was there. I went next door the person acted as if she don’t know what or who was in charge. Called customer service CLEARLY explaining that there was no one on location. They continued to transfer me to the office , hanging up on me and my mother. At this point I’m livid on the door and website it states they are open. Finially get to an escalation specialist she’s acting as if it’s not a big deal and that the district manager will call me… while all this is happening a homeless man comes from around the corner of the lot and squeezes thru the fence. A Beer and joint is sitting on the box in front of the office .. it looked Ghetto!!! There was a domestic dispute happening and I’m being charged for a uhal & I have to put more items in my unit. I waited 45 mins finally get someone on the line and they tell me it was a scheduling issue no one will be there until two. TF DO I MEAN 2🤨it’s 11:00 by now. This company has raised their prices three times in two years from 89.00 to 135.00 to have I counted 5 HOMELESS FAMILIES LIVING IN THE UNITS. I’ve called the district manager 3x and no answer. They will say they will call back and let the phone ring once so they can avoid speaking to you. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Brenda is very pleasant and was a joy to meet. I’m a new customer and she was very helpful on what I needed to do. Please keep her around!!

The current property manager was gone for 20-25 mins then had a major attitude once back then made me wait another 20 so she can make a complaint about me. instead of handling me she choose to make a complaint in my file towards me , which had us waiting for another 30 mins. Was just expecting a little more customer service. Then didn’t try to fix the situation. They don’t say when on lunch, to help when people are waiting.

Around three years ago I had a unit from this place and had it for about three years. But my question is when did they start charging an Administrative Fee for their units? I respectfully declined! Oh and by the way stuff from the ceiling got on my belongings in the unit and they did nothing to take care of it. I will look someplace else!

Amanda the property manager is amazing. She is on top of everything. Don’t even bother calling the 1800 number they are never helpful. They will send you from person to person my experience with customer service made me want to cancel out my unit. I’m so grateful that Amanda called me because she noticed something was wrong and fixed everything. She is always on top of things and has such great customer service skills.

Honesty was very informative and helpful with me helping my daughter get a storage last minute. Her couch wouldn’t fit in the basement and it was early afternoon. I found this storage and called them to see if we could get her in. Honesty explained everything over the phone. When we got there she was just as helpful. She had wonderful customer service. My daughter was very stressed out having to do this unplanned and she’s pregnant. Honesty really helped us today. Thank you.

Customer service bomb 💣highly intelligent and recommended

This place is too expensive. When we 1st got our storage unit is was $99 per month, by the time we emptied our unit it was $283 per month. There was stuff falling from the ceiling. Every time we were there, by the time we left, our noses were running and we were sneezing.

It serves its purpose, a place to store things for an extended time, the stuff they spray or insulate the ceiling/roof with is absolutely terrible, it falls/drops all over everything, sorta like giant clumps of lint, insulation I’m assuming…

I’ve been with this storage since my Mom died in 2017 and it’s the worse decision I ever made. When I first put my Mom’s things in here it was $120 a month now they are charging me almost $400 a month for the same storage that has no lighting, no heating or cooling and always threatening to sell my Mom’s storage. So now all I do while grieving her is stress about paying her extremely high storage fee because they are always threatening to add more fees and sale it. I don’t recommend.

Horrible storage facility. No 24 hour access and what's even worst the gates are always broke so no access or notification regarding the gates not working but they will call to pester you about your bill being due.

Rent it from public storage. It was quick and easy online talk to customer service rep even when I came in to close out. Amanda was quick and easy and took care of me right away. Highly recommend public storage
