Came in a few days back to look at a unit. The place was cool I was mostly shopping around but their Associate Kenny was the major difference that man can sell water to a whale and a unit to someone on the fence and he's a great professional I'm glad I came there. They unit was also pretty good to.

This place is invested with roaches… I paid my bill every month for a year… to have to leave every because I’m not trying to carry bugs to my next place. Office basically told me tough luck and to bomb it…. Like that would take care of it it’s coming from other units it’s wouldn’t solve the problem. So here’s a photo so you know I’m not lying.

MsKelly Storage Manager of Public Storage assisted me when I walked in her office and because I’m not tech or computer savvy she coached me with every step that was needed with her computer knowledge. I really had a great experience to obtain a storage unit with her assistance and she explained every procedure from start finish and she offered some grapes and we were eating them together

I Utilitize The Storage For One Month. My Items We're Out Before My Next Payment. Staff Was Helpful And Courteous.
their prices change almost every month so be prepared for that as the rates go up and the "discounts" change their prices change. If you move out of the storage early you dont get your rent "prorated" which is messed up they're basically pocketing the rest of your rent. Wish they had a better policy about that because thats not right and the way this economy is set up its taking away from people especially good people. They really dont care, thats the way i see it. Wrong os wrong and right is right and in this case this is so wrong. i moved out on the 5th and im paying for a whole month when im not even there no more. The 7th would of made it a whole month sense i been there but it wasn't. Just be aware on what you invest your money into read all the small print and be smart about your choices. I will never rent from here again.
My new property manager is Kelly. She is a very kind lady and respectful. When Pam left I was ready to leave this property because it wasn't well managed and here comes Kelly who is very friendly, kind, and respectful which changed my mind and I went ahead got another unit and I'm planning on staying as long as she is there.
