Hy is kinda and personable! I talked with her on the phone and then stopped by the office. Hy showed me the facility and what was available to rent, prices, when storage was available for entering. She actually went above her job title to help me download the app and showed me how to use it. When you're a senior and people take time with you, it means the world. If you need to rent, Public Storage Old Witt Road is the place. Thank you, Hy, for being a great person. You greeted me with a smile it made me feel welcome. You're an asset to this company.

We all know how stressful moving can be. I was grateful to have the help of Josh at the Witt location. I had several questions and even made a few visits before making my final decision. Safety is great. Temperature control is a joke. Stored cookie cutters here and when removed from storage, hundreds of dollars of cutters are badly warped (this is a large collection).

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from Public Storage. At the beginning of November, I was informed that a check was being mailed to me. After following up in the middle of the month, I was told that I should expect it by the end of the month. However, the end of November came and went, and I still hadn't received anything. After a month of getting the runaround, I was recently informed that I needed to submit a request for the check. Why wasn't this clearly communicated to me from the beginning? This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Public Storage based on my experience.

Dear Public Storage Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your facility on Witt Road. I hope that by sharing my Story, it will shed light on the issues I encountered and prompt necessary improvements to prevent similar situations in the future. In October 2023, I found myself in a situation where I needed to pay a balance for my storage unit. To my relief, I was informed by your staff that I did not need to pay the late fees and that my items would remain secure. However, this turned out to be misinformation, as l later discovered that my unit had been sold for a mere $4,000, despite the fact that the value of my belongings exceeded $50,000. To make matters worse, when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with a frustrating runaround. Since October , I have been trying to get answers and assistance, but no one seems to have the information I need. Phone calls go unanswered, and I am left feeling helpless and unheard. This entire experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot in good conscience recommend renting a storage unit from any Public Storage facility. The lack of communication, misinformation, and ultimately the loss of my valuable belongings have been nothing short of a nightmare. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I believe that it is crucial for your company to address these issues, improve customer service, and ensure that no other individuals have to endure such a distressing experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this situation promptly and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Super expensive, rates go up just about every month. Also, I go a lot during the day and there are never carts to help load stuff. Property manager is never on site either so I can request one.

I’ve done my share of moving as I own a local moving company and I’ve had quite a few bad experiences. This location has shifted my view, it’s clean from top to bottom, and most importantly no pest issues. The manager does a great job making sure you understand how make storing your valuables easy. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. I will recommend my all my customers to this property.

This was an excellent experience getting the storage for a short term. TRISHA made both getting the storage and closing the lease. She was very professional, easy to talk to and made the whole thing very easy and uncomplicated and helped even locate the exact storage unit and helped explain the various parts of the lease.

My experience with public storage wasn't terrible. The communication in the beginning was not the best. The loading door and the elevator doors close way too quickly. It makes it a lot more difficult to get your stuff into the elevator. I did have a wonderful experience with an employee there named Liz. I was mistakenly charged for an entire month after I had already canceled my unit weeks before. Liz went above and beyond the entire day to make sure I got my money back. Constant communication and she truly cared EVEN THOUGH it was her last day of employment there due to a job change. She could have just blown me off but she didn't. She and her boss Amanda worked very hard all day long to get my money back to me and apologized sincerely. I really appreciated the action they took in order to make sure I was taken care of. So all in all, the staff is great! The only complaints I have are the ones in my first paragraph and that I was charged by mistake but it was quickly taken care of. Liz and Amanda are amazing!

I was at the property yesterday and and was having problems with accessing building my access code did not work. Liz very carry me she gave me an access code so I can just punch it in and I but there was no wait time whatsoever and she was very sweet and patient with me cuz I do not know technology whatsoever and so she helped me with that and I do appreciate her and the facilities always nice and clean and I appreciate that too thanks

Liz was incredible! We have a parking space at self-service public location in a different district and needed to speak with someone about our space. We came into the Witt Location and she instantly greeted us and engaged with our baby. She was so personable and went the extra mile to make sure we got the information we needed, even though it was out of her district. She made a few phone calls and made sure everything was taken care of before we left. Most associates would have just referred us to the number to call ourselves, but she was so much more helpful.

Hy shines bright from rental day to move in day. She was super helpful getting us a unit. Later we called about mattress bags and she was on it. On move in day we chatted multiple times and she helped me when my access code ran into some trouble. She was great from beginning to end. The facility itself is clean and well kept. Front customer area is again clean and organized. No trash anywhere inside the building and storage areas. Bathrooms are clean as well.
