Corey was extremely helpful and we really appreciate his exceptional customer service.

I called to the customer service. I was transferred to a lady. I asked a couple of questions as I am a first-time customer. I can feel she was a little impatient to listen and hurried to end the conversation. Hopefully the customer service representative can be trained on being more patient to talk with customers.

I only rented at the site for less than a month (2 weeks) and was charged $200. I had to pay pro-rated fees and a full month and this was not explained when I paid the initial amount.

Corey helped me with my purchase of some moving items. I don't have a storage unit but if I ever need one I hope Corey is there to assist me . Awesome job thanks for being so nice and informative. 10 out of 10 recommend

Every 5 to 6 months you can count on them raising the rent . The floors could be swept and kept cleaner for the amount it is costing it seems like they could atleast do that 10x10 was almost 280.00 a month when I got out it started at 76.oo 2 yrs earlier watch for the auto pay so you know what you are being charged

Don't believe the posted rates you see on their website...the posted rates are fair, but once you've been in the unit for 3/4 months, SURPRISE, they jack the rate by about 40%...and this is long after COVID and inflation increases, so they can't blame that...fair price turns into a ripoff... I'll be moving before the rate increase takes effect next month...this company is just a scam...shameful business practice by design...avoid them if you can.

Marley is always out on the property cleaning and always checks in to see if I need anything. She is awesome!

Specifically told I could have a POD delivered, and it could stay from a Friday - Monday. So, I rent a space right Next to where the POD would be. I setup delivery for today, July 12,2024. I called last night to see if I needed to be there. Public storage representative said that I couldn’t have my POD delivered to that spot because now they’re going through construction. So, I had to cancel my POD delivery after my 72 hour window to do so. I incurred a $145 fee from PODs for the cancellation. Now they’re telling me that my POD can be delivered to The front of the property and I’d have to Get the contents to The back of the property where my storage unit is. Total lack of customer service.

I have used this place for 8 years and whoever has owned it, has been more than fair with me. Through Covid and my business’ ups and downs Public storage worked with me and I am forever grateful. As a small business owner this place treats its customers well, all you have to do is keep in contact with Marley and the GM and you will find no better place to store your goods.

You increased my rental rate by almost $50 a month. That is a ridiculous increase. I feel like you lured me in with a decent rate and then jacked up the rate after a few months in hopes that it's too much of a hassle for me to vacate the unit. Guess I will be looking for another unit somewhere else.

Ok, update.... 1/11/2024 they called me days ago and offered me to transfer to another unit, but this time, a drive access... Ok, I'm here, and guess what??? They wanted to charge me for the transfer and lose my previous payment 😒 Why did you call me and offer me to move to a real drive access unit and want me to pay for the new one if I already paid the monthly of my storage unit. Please tell the girl front desk to be more friendly , never a good morning or how can I help you! I rented public storage before in other locations and never had any issues. I rented online a drive access car storage unit ...... but when i arrived, the surprise wasn't a drive access unit.... it's outside but not allowed to drive close of the unit.... I'm so disappointed with public storage.... I don't feel secure if I want to go when it is dark, unit it's close to an empty land, and it looks like someone can hide.

Marley is totally amazing. Last minute storage need, I am over 70, not techie savy, no worries, Marley walked me through the whole process. I used to rent at Advantage, no more, due to Marley being so customer forward, I am with public storage from now on. Also being 30 years Army, Marley is truly about service!!!!

When I heard that simply was switching to public storage I thought it was going to be a rocky transition but it was smoother than I thought and the staff was really friendly with helping get everything set up with public. They are amazing and I'm proud to be storing with them.

The customer service from the representative was impeccable! I’ve moved around a lot because of my job and had to use quite a few storage facilities. Customer service is key when feeling your items will be safe and secure. My belongings were in good hands here! 5 stars!

Awful company, nice local office staff. You sign up for a unit, and 3 months later you'll be paying 20-30% more that when you started. And they raise their prices often, betting on tenants having too much stuff in their units and not wanting to move. I'm paying $267 on a unit that goes for $177 online. And that's just after 1 year in here. Stay away from Simply Storage. It's Simply not worth it.

I needed a short term storage unit due to my new apartment not being readily available. Never have I rented a unit sight unseen until now. The facilities are in excellent condition and did not disappoint at all! Beyond the actual building though Karen at the front office is an absolute pleasure. She called me immediately after I had registered online to offer inspection of the unit to ensure it met my needs (I knew the size would though so I declined). She walked me through everything I needed to finalize my rental contract. She remembered me specifically on two occasions of coming into the office, once even after 2 weeks of being out of town. Incredibly friendly woman. She was walking the property the day I was moving everything out of the unit. I simply caught her in passing and told her the unit was cleared and unsecured, she told me she'd handle everything else and I didn't need to stop in the office. If I have the need for storage again I will 100% return to this location.

I’ve unfortunately had to deal with a handful of storage companies around here, and let me tell you - I’ve finally found a home for my needs, my stuff, and I know I won’t have to look anywhere again! I can’t compliment the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Ms. Kelly Goodfield appropriately from just one review, but believe me when I say that she and Simply Self Storage have been exceptional. I don’t often leave reviews, and certainly don’t ask for names to attribute to a review, but I certainly felt it was warranted in this instance. I was taken care of with rapid efficiency, and my experience was above and beyond what I expected after having dealt with some *other* places in the recent past. If you want to work with a friendly, and accommodating crew, come here! They’ll keep my business no matter how long my commute may become. I can’t speak highly enough of Ms. Kelly, her willingness to work with us. Thanks again for all the help! We found a “home” for storage.
