Michelle was really helpful and knowledgeable. What could have been a real nightmare was made into a pleasurable experience that brings a smile to my face. I would recommend that she get promoted, but that cheat others from receiving the positive experience I got; she should at least get a raise , no matter how much you’re paying her.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Got in trouble for having my children with me while at my storage unit. Also got locked out of the gate for multiple days due to them having a suspicion about my work tools in my car. Horrible place. Take your money else where.

IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR UNIT BROKEN INTO REPORT IT TO THE POLICE! The more people that report, the more likely that there will be a solution. Our unit was broken into and 20k worth of items were stolen, and it looked like every unit in our block had been broken into as well. This happened between Friday night and Saturday afternoon and Public Storage has still not reported it to the police, nor have they sent footage or photos. I called other Public Storage facilities and was told that this seemed unusual as usually the first thing to do with an apparent break in would be to report it to police. Do not store anything valuable here, or rent here at all.
Had $20,000 worth of stuff stolen from me at this property. When I was told that they found my unit without a lock I went there and found the tool they were using to break into multiple units, found cut locks and broken doors through out the hallway. The employee told me they didn’t think it was a break in and clearly it was since they had to replace my door. They even had time to paint it looks like. Do not bring your valuables here.
WARNING: Inside job/robbery/known for brake ins
In less than a week my storage was broken into with no money back. The cops and the manger said that this area is known for brake ins all year round. Manger says they stopped entry from some individuals they think did it because they needed codes to get in. Yea they have always had cameras. It was deliberate to get into my storage and they clearly did it before once it was explained how they could quickly repair my door for reuse. It would be insane to keep my storage here. They haven’t recovered anything but their property. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STORING ANYTHING!
Your stuff is not safe! On several occasions I saw other tenents meeting with police to discuss theft and break ins. There were always kick marks on the doors. My unit was broken into and I was not informed by the company. From the looks of my latch, it appeared that someone unsuccessfully attempted to break in, but it turns out that Public Storage just bent my latch back into place without telling me. Had I know, I could have made a claim on my renters insurance. By the time I found out items were missing, I had home owners insurance as my coverage, making the claim not worthwhile. They also jerk up your rates after the first month until they become untenable, though is is par for every storage facility. If you do rent here, move out and back in every year to cut your rates in half.
This public storage is not safe. I had rented a unit here and it was broken in to lost over $10,000. I do believe it was an inside job. The management here does not return calls. Is very unprofessional. She is rude and acts like she is better then. Please dont trust this place. The location on McLaughlin Boulevard next to Fred Meyers is much better. Great manager and very clean. Be safe and God bless.

Would give zero stars, but can not. They don’t have cameras on site, so any theft and break in will go unnoticed as mine did. Cops told me they get theft calls to this site on the regular. Also left a lot of messages for on site manager regarding my unit getting broken into and my tools stolen. Have not got one single return call. I would avoid this place like the plague.
I rented a unit here and it was burglarized after one month. When an employee noticed my unit didn't have a padlock on the door they put their own padlock on the door but never told me so when i came to pick up some of my property at 8pm one night I was locked out and the office was closed. The next day I came back and they gave me a key to the new padlock and let me inside to discover that a bunch of items were missing. The police informed me that they get 3-5 calls per week about this place!!! I guess they get broken into so often that they don't bother to tell the clients

Great selection of draft beers and the food is delicious and generous portions.
Had a hard time at 1st unit, but thankfully then Cammi came to my rescue. She was able to switch units for me. Get everything all situated and even printed out some papers I needed. Cammi was very understanding and very considerate of all my needs.
Attempted to rent a unit in October. Gate code never worked on move-in day - no manager on site, office closed. Went somewhere else with all my stuff... left voicemails requesting assistance, then demanding cancellation, but they kept charging me and I never got a call back. Set a move-out date online, but it seems to have been ignored. They don't pick up the phone when I call .. am I unlucky with timing, or is this place just downright unmanaged? They seem OK with trying to charge me every month anyway for a unit I can't even access. I removed payment info and called my bank to make sure they don't steal another penny from me.
