Neva has been terrific. I am in process of moving out of my unit and she has been very helpful. Also the property is tidy and well maintained.
If I could put zero stars I would. I will never rent a storage unit from this place ever and I will be letting my friends and family know to never rent from this place. It makes me angry that my daughter & her fiance have had their storage unit broken into 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd times happen this year within months of each other and things were stolen and the manager did nothing and their rent was raised after it was broken into. The things that were stolen can't be replaced and are sentimental. It's disgusting that people have no respect for other people's things and what those things mean to them... I pray that the person is caught and the things can possibly be found.
Noticed someone tried prying our door open and also tried burning the lock !!! This place is not safe at all !

Don't rent a unit at this location. A string of robberies at multiple units and their response is basically a shrug. Robberies may not be on them, but if there are multiple reports going on and they are not instituting more security measures at the very least to assure tenants that they hear their concerns and care, they shouldn't be operating.

A great local storage facility. Since I have been a user, the site has always been clean, and I have never questioned security/safety. Vena is the site manager and she is pleasant and informative! She listens to your needs, and finds you the right space for an amazing price.

This is an edited and updated review. Due to the effort and awesomeness of a single employee, Neva Carol, and ONLY because of her, I'm giving 5 stars from my previous 1 star review. She truly went above and beyond to fix the negative details I had put here previously. Including crediting my account and calling ME to give me updates about my locker, rather than me having to call and navigate the rather irritating automated phone bot. This woman could teach other associates of Public Storage a thing or two about customer service and how to make a customer feel like they matter.
I was inquiring for a storage unit at this location, SE McLoughlin Blvd. I had a great 20min conversation with the regional call center where we spoke in-depth about my needs. Then I had an uncomfortable conversation with an office representative from this location, SE McLoughlin Blvd. They seemed disinterested and frustrated with my inquiry. Overall it was unhelpful and made me certain that I’d not be giving my business to Public Storage.

These people that work here are annoying. They’re hard to get ahold of. Why is it so hard to get someone in the office? Seems like someone needs to come check in on that, seeing as it’s during non lunch business hours. So many hidden fees! Public storage is old news, there are many much cleaner storage facilities popping up ALL over. So please pass this one on by, I can’t convey how miserable I am to interact with the staff, use outdated system to enter the property, and enter their filthy disgusting units.
Neva was helpful from the very beginning, trying to get me the best possible deal for one month of storage- during a chaotic move! Anytime I needed access to my unit, it was smooth with no complaints. She was even helpful on move out day and made sure to give me a refund for the lock, as I didn’t use the unit for a full 30 days! Amazing customer service, very friendly. Will definitely come here again- if ever needed in the near future and highly recommend! 😎

It's a nice storage place but they did not give me a month for one dollar like the add said , I have asked them when do I get my one month for a dollar, I paid my rent for months now, why run a add pay first month and get the second one for a dollar if you're not going to do it.
Easy access from a lovely location where anything you need to buy is nearby. All ground floor entry. The staff woman in charge was very kind and called me on the day of my reservation to make sure she would be there when I came in. She made the process really easy.

Everything was stolen from our unit. Very large items including kayaks Police report given but no cameras were working. So they say. We had a large unit with everything we owend. We used this facility as a temporary(2 weeks)
My husband's c-pap machine was stolen and he needs it to breathe!
C-pap is over $2500, it keeps my husband breathing through the night. $20 is what this place offered due to no records.
I don't have receipts fit my inheritance in which I don't care about. I just wanted my husband's c-pap machine

We called earlier, and Neva was very helpful. She even found better rates at our current storage facility. However, I wanted to move. When we arrived she was occupied with a disgruntled person. She managed to calmly go through the rental process and show us the unit, and we will be saving 50$ per month. And it is her birthday today. Happy birthday, Neva! The manager here caused me one of the most severe panic/anxiety attacks I've ever had 5 25 22. Harrassed me 3 seperate times in an hour's time, lied strate to my face and threatened terminating my storage when I told her she's breaking the A.D.A. guidelines and civil liberties act...and being discriminatory. Then refused to put in writing what she said " sevice dogs are not allowed on property" in case people are afraid. My friend had to come get me, and I almost went to emergency room because of her and she was still running her mouth, ignored the attempted alert from My dog for help and she left me on the ground outside my unit laying on the pavement.
Well it's been years since I used that location as I used to live in trailer park next door. Was by there the other day and it looks the exact same.

Just got a letter May 9 that they are jacking up the price of my unit by $75 June 1st.
I keep my work truck here and Kelly has been so friendly and easy to work with, it’s been a great experience. He streamlined the paperwork process so my time doing paperwork was minimal. Very patient and friendly staff. Great deals.

Like all other Public Storage franchises, this place is a rip-off. The last one I rented with demanded a 5* review before reversing some illegitimate charges.
