This Public Storage, located on the north side of Route 10 in East Hanover, provides cheap self storage options to communities in east Morris County.
With easy access from Route 24, Interstate 280 and Interstate 287, all units are indoor climate controlled storage in varying sizes.

I have consistently had a good experience with this East Hanover public storage facility. I recently had to rent a second unit and Ed was particularly helpful on multiple occasions.
I stopped by this location to make a quick monthly payment during my work hours and Bernice, the young lady that helped me was so pleasant and professional. The location is very clean and customer service is excellent!!!

We are leaving Public Storage due to it’s not needed any more and wanted to get out before price hike at end of the month. The gentleman (Ed), that runs the place was able to get the price change extended for a few months and that was EXTREMELY helpfull.
By far this is one of the better storage facilities in the area and the best part about this place is Ed because of his hospitality. He was so kind and attentive with assisting me on where and how to get to my storage unit and hours of operation.

The Site Manager Ed was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to help me decide what would best meet my storage needs. Since move in Ed has followed up to be sure that all is going smoothly. It is refreshing to find a representative that truly cares about client satisfaction.

How can I give this place less stars? Worst storage unit. I am warning you! NEVER trust this place with your belongings!!!!!! This unit "accidentally" auctioned off and sold all of my families things! Things that can never be returned! My mother's ashes! My sons belonging from his first six months of life! Everything from my wedding! My entire home! My entire life is gone!! And they were still taking my money and I was paying for a unit that was empty! Only found out of the accident when I was moving out of state and rented a uhaul pick up my things to find that they were sold a month ago! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

What makes a company great is their customer service. What makes customer service great are the people serving the customers. I had an extraordinary experience with Bermise at Public Storage's East Hanover location. Bermise saw me pull into the lot and went and opened the door for as I entered. Bermise answered ALL of my questions, showed me to my unit location, and guided me through how to manage two different storage locations from within the app. Plus she gave me a couple of color coded key tags. Overall a delightful experience and the office was immaculate as well!

Five Stars for the service provided by ED at this location! It was 95 degrees outside but a cool calm met me at the front door with courteous and kind help and knowledge of the process and systems. Ed immediately knew who I was, directed me to the unit and was available with answers and assistance the whole time I was there. He even remembered me a week later when we called in with a question! (and answered with quick, polite, and thorough knowledge) Thanks Ed!

I was out at Public Storage with my dad the other day and he introduced me to Ed the manager who seems like a really nice guy. I've returned to my dad's storage space a few times with him subsequently and every time we're there we see Ed and it amazes us how he's always doing something - checking spaces, moving things around and doing LOTS of cleaning. We joked that we wouldn't recognize him without that yellow cart he always seems to have in front of him! Two days ago we were there and Ed was clearing out a pile of leaves near the entrance. I asked him why he was doing that and he said, "Just don't want these things to find themselves in the foyer!" Preventive cleaning - ya gotta love it!

The other day I was back in the office of the Public Storage in East Hanover and was happy to see that the manager that helped me find a space to store my things back in the summer. Ed did a fantastic job helping me out last time, and this time it was no different. I needed even more space and Ed found something for me that wasn't very much more at all, but gave me a whole lot more room. There were plenty of different storage places I could have gone to last summer. I'm really glad I lucked out with Ed and all he was able to do for me at Public Storage.
