Public and friendly service and got a good quote for how much a Storage unit would be the person who help me was dawn
Nancy was wonderful and friendly!
The staff is Fantastic BUT still a broken lock on the bathroom door and it has been over a month and it was reported by me (I don't feel comfortable or safe if I am there by myself and need to use the bathroom) , app does not work 1/2 time to access door, one elevator out yesterday and luckily the staff let us know where the other elevator was located - sign only said elevator out of order. Minimal security to get in as once inside , the doors will open anytime one walks by to grab a cart. but again STAFF FANTASTIC!

Absolutely terrible. Lost all my belongings because my storage became infested with roaches. I have the insurance but no one answers or gets back to you at all. I’m out of $4000 worth of items. Awful experience

We just got our unit. It was an easy process, even met Mark. He was a huge help showing us which elevator to use to best access our unit.

This place is great! The reservation process was a snap. The mobile app works like a charm too. It makes it so easy to access the doors and elevator without having to keep entering your password. The place is clean and their staff is very friendly and helpful! Can’t ask for anything more!

Public Storage Fairfield provided great service for my storage needs. A convenient app for security and ample parking and dollies when I'd make a visit. I would like to point out Nancy's exemplary customer service in answering questions I had when I was close to my move out date and for taking care of the time I reported some broken glass I noticed on my floor. She was a sweetheart and always a friendly face to see. Will definitely consider this location again for my future needs. Climate control, great prices, convenient location. You can't go wrong!

I was one of the originals at this facility. Last May, I rented a 10X14 unit at a very reasonable introductory price. But when, after several months, the price went up significantly, I realized that I only needed a 10X10 unit, which is much more reasonably priced. Ariana and Wayne went out of their way to make sure the switch was completed with no snags. Ariana was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the billing.
My one complaint is that the pricing is so volatile. I need storage for the long term (perhaps years). I wish there were a way to lock in a price, by pre-paying for 12 months up front.

Ariana was amazing for our move from Washington State to NJ. After a stressful move, the one thing I didn't have to worry about was securing the right size unit for our stuff and making sure it was available by our move-in date. She made everything as easy as possible and even was able to hook us up with a unit close to an entrance, which was great considering we had a washer and dryer. I highly recommend asking for her when making your reservation she will take care of you and remove added stress of securing a unit.

8/6/23 Unfortunately this building is built in a swamp area and the climate control is set to go on at 80 degrees. Mold began growing on my stuff and I was told by staff to put damp rid in my unit. The temperature is NOT appropriate for climate control. I had the same stuff in storage in CT for a year and never had an issue. The only resolution I was offered was to move my unit and I was only given three days to do so. I was also given a smaller unit for the same price and I was charged for moving my unit as well. I do not recommend this location.
Update: 9/22/23 public storage still has not reached out to help make the situation better.
Myself and boyfriend came to this location today September 17th to check out the storage unit we will be using in a few weeks. Placed a reservation online; very easy process and super affordable. First month rent only a dollar so that was awesome. My phone wasn't working and I had some concerns--so I had to go into the lobby and ask a few questions...
Spoke with Ariana-- she was super polite and answered all my questions! Extremely helpful! Glad she was there on the weekend to show me where my unit was, provide me with my credentials, and walk me through the process. The unit itself was exactly what I needed (5x5) and easily accessible from the outside, can pull your vehicle right up to the loading zone doors. Thanks Public Storage!

Jul 2023-storage pymt was ca$h-paid at Public Storage site in Fairfield, NJ office to Storage-Mgr/Ed. (Friendly Gentlemen). The potential-customers more likely enjoy this Fairfield facility is new & nice😀! The 4th of July 50% off special ending soon. i visit my old job near by Fairfield to have lunch with two former co-workers, they are in the process of moving closer to jobsite/Fairfield. i told them ask for Storage-Mgr/Ed, he'll more likely to assist them.
