The rent increase never stops ,it became not worth to rent a space from them you start with $150 after 6 months $225 and it never stops!!!!!
The place is ok The problem is the rent goes up every three or six month $50.00 dollars keep in mind there is sales tax on top it!!!
when you call the main company office they tell move out !!!

The workers here are great, and the place is clean which is why this place even gets any stars. My main problem is that this place will jack up their prices after a few months. I’ve had to relocate to 3 different units every few months just to avoid paying higher rent. Sal did try to make it right by temporarily delaying one of their price hikes for 6 months but that wasn’t the answer I was looking for long term. After spending my whole weekend purging my small home, I reluctantly emptied my storage space today and brought everything back home. The thought of $150 a month to now $367 just didn’t sit right with me. No way am I going to support this business model. It’s not just this company, they all do it around me. Wouldn’t you rather have long term customers than try to rip people off? Sucks for them because I would have gladly given them years of rent if they had just kept the rent reasonable. Hope this helps.

I stored my stuff in this facility for over 4 years. The rent continuously has gone up over the past 4 years. I have always paid on time and never an issue. I moved my items out of storage and there I'd water damage on a lot of the items. I called same day to see if I can file a claim and was told that I don't have rental insurance on the unit and can not file a claim. I find the quite ridiculous since the rentals are not cheap. Everything moved into the unit was professionally wrapped to be stored. There should not be as much water damage as I have on multiple items. See pictures. Rent at your own risk and pay extra for the insurance.

UPDATE The manager called personally to help make the situation right - My grievence with the company not withstanding, the folks at this location are wonderful and ive modified the stars because of it - I've had a storage unit for a little over a year. The location is nice enough. I was looking for good space at a fair price. What I got was ripped off and overcharged. In the last year, I have gone from $181.00 for a 10 x 10 to $289.00 for the same unit. Their explanation was, "Well, we are month by month and allowed to raise our rates as long as we let you know." So after two approximately $25 increases and a credit that expired I didn't know was there, a little over a year later, I'm paying a car payment for a storage unit with no recourse. If you're ok gambling with what your budget can expect month to month and year to year, this is the place for you. If you care about your bottom line and believe a company should honor their rates, maybe not so much. I get an increase. Times are tough, but $100s more? None for me, thanks.

Sal has been helpful and kind all these years and recently Mark helped me seamlessly downsize to a smaller unit. Lucky these guys are so conscientious and concerned.
I have been using this storage facility for 4 years. It has always been clean, safe and easy to access for moves in and out of the space. Yesterday I transferred my belongings to a smaller unit it was a relative breeze given the helpful staff and great carts, wide hallways etc. Sal is always wonderful and yesterday, Kaitlyn helped and she was terrific as well. Highly recommend - I live in Brooklyn and I use this facility because I need a temperature controlled facility at a good price. Always worth the drive.
Sal is great. He has always been friendly and does his job well, and the place is clean. My only wish is that Public Storage didn't hike up the price so quickly (and twice within 1 year!).

Sal has been SO AMAZING at helping me out every time. I lost my keys and was unable to bring in a locksmith since I was out of town. Sal called me and told me about a form I could fill and send out to his senior and they could have the lock drilled out for me. He kept following up and made sure it was done quickly so that I wouldn’t have to pay an additional month’s rent. That guy deserves a raise!

This facility SUCKS. Here's why....
1. They dont plow snow (in fact, if you have an outward facing unit...they will tell you that YOU are responsible for snow removal) but I have an indoor unit so I just care about overall access....which doesnt exist in snow.
2. You have to buy a lock from them. They have a lock/handle system that does not work with any other lock type....oh and its key only (good luck if you loose your key...takes them a month to drill yours out...or you call a locksmith).
3. Im sure "Sal" and "Wendy" are great people, but neiyher of them have shown up for work for 3 days. So the office has been closed for 2 werk days and Saturday...at least.
4. No heat. No AC. And no lights in unit. And no electrical outlets. Bring a flashlight.
Good luck if you rent here.
