There's no way these reviews are authentic. They must be paid reviews. EVERYONE I talk to does nothing but complain about rent increases and their deceptive "bait and switch" advertising. Low ball online prices and 4 months later, you get a $40.00/month increase. Six months after that, another $40.00 increase. Your bargain storage unit has ballooned into an unaffordable nightmare. Of course Ryan and the rest of the staff are super helpful. The sooner they rope you in, the sooner they start ripping you off. Find another option. There are plenty out there.

The facility is climate controlled, clean and well-kept up. I have to give a hand to the employees for a great job they've been doing.
Allie and Ryan both helped us over the course of December as we were moving between homes. They gave us very personable service, even remembering us over time. When we realized we needed to downsize units, they made it easy to take care of. In terms of the facilities, they are clean, well cared for, safe, and convenient. I only wish that the gate hours were 24/7 instead of limited hours, but it's a minor complaint when everything else is so great.
