Always something is broken, was there yesterday 10/2 great news, the sliding doors leading into the storage area from the indoor parking were broken so the consistency is still going strong. Was there the other day, how can someone break a water fountain? It never ends.
There are other options for a storage unit. Better parking, customer service, and elevators elsewhere. A new building like this should not break down as often as it does. Save yourself the monthly rent and go to the next storage unit. This one isn't it.

Signed a contract for a storage unit at this location in May 2024. Monthly Rent for the unit was $170 (before taxes and insurance). I was just notified that they’re increasing the monthly rent to $228 (before taxes and insurance) for the same exact unit that I have. Be aware if you’re looking for a storage unit here that they will increase your rent at any time. Shame since this is a nice facility but I find it to be very greedy to constantly try to get more money out of paying customers

Gloria and Ms Andy, both amazing women not only super nice and helpful but also very professional. Gloria made sure to go over the contract, highlighting the important information in addition to hours of operation and other helpful information you might forget to ask. Ms Andy showed me around to the storage unit and patiently explained and demonstrated how to lock and unlock the unit, which is more tricky than it looks! Amazing customer service, space is very nice and clean.

This place has been nothing but issues for us since we began renting. Third time we try bringing our stuff and both elevators are out of service each time. Yall got me paying my rent but don’t provide the services promised. There was someone stuck in the elevator for over an hour last night had to call police, realized after I already unloaded my whole car. such a shame really is especially for a new building.

Public storage in Fair Lawn is great …specially the rep Mark who I worked with on a few occasions. He couldn’t have been more helpful an willing to do whatever it took to get my account set up. He even helped me transfer to a different unit the other day and it couldn’t have been easier. Thanks again Mark for all your help, you do a great job. The facility itself Is very well maintained, and of the highest security, which helps when you are storing personal items that you want to know our safe and protected.

Ashley was a big help with the exiting process quick and ease.
Very clean great price . Downside no garbage to throw anything out or recycle for boxes had to bring what wasn’t needed back with me and find somewhere to throw the boxes out very inconvenience due to the car already filled . First time renting a storage with no dumpster use . Not enough dollys just two left out . One of the garage door is out of order so it’s leads to people waiting and having to rush to park in especially those with a uhaul. Very clean and affordable .
Mark was very helpful, very informative and extremely polite. He was such a pleasure to work with. The facility was so clean and quiet. He was working alone but yet, he was so cheerful inspite of his long day of responsibility ahead. Need more people like Mark!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Mark!

Great price for my unit.The place is clean and my unit was ready to go when I got there. The employees did an excellent job and were very friendly and knew their job well.
It's a good, secure facility that just opened up, but after a few months of good rent costs (after everyone moved in and it would be a hassle to relocate) the rent went up by over 30%. It was immaculate in the beginning, but the last two visits, the entrance door and the main elevator were broken. It's worrisome, but we'll see.

This is a brand new storage unit. Very clean. Very safe. Prices are comparable to other brands. If you're looking for modern, clean storage rooms or units, this is ideal.

Storage is new and clean. The doors lock at 9pm even if u enter your code. And only issue I have is that they will increase your rent after a year. Other then that friendly staff.

I rented 2 units both had roaches and I hadn’t even moved my stuff in yet so it wasn’t from me. I closed out my units as soon as I saw them. Corporate refused to refund me any money and they’re now getting rent for the same space 2x in same month by renting it when I moved out middle of month. Shame on them ripping me off and having a dirty place.
