I’ve given y’all three stars because the young lady that called me. I cannot recall her name. I believe her name starts with an “S.” Pretty much saved you guys I had an incident where The gates weren’t opening. I guess because you guys had a power outage. I called to your customer service and it was absolutely a nightmare. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but you guys definitely need some way to implement getting in contact with an actual human when things go wrong.
Simone was great she was able to take care of my move out at another location.
I come to rent every year and Simone is always greeting me with a smile and professionalism please give her a 10,000 dollar raise.

This is one of the few corporations that have actually stepped up and circumvented their AI to aid human suffering. Not only did Jeff, through COO Joe Russel's office reach out to assist, But Simone, the location manager did as well.
I'll be honest, I'm completely blown away by the outpouring of human support to help with a human problem in a world headed toward uncaring AI functionality, programmed to serve the spreadsheet over humanity only.
I have no ego with anything I post. If I post a review that's negative, it's rarely only personal. I usually have spotted a detriment to the greater good and I comment on it.
This is an instance where I will happily swallow my pride and say I stand corrected.

Ran into some difficulties with opening my unit in which Simone took time out of her day on a holiday to help me out while with my daughter. If not for her I would have been stuck and wouldn’t be able to operate my unit so I’m very grateful for Simone helping me.

Potholes are hard to avoid every 10 feet, rent has increased over 70% in less than a year, the doors don’t function very well, but the office lady is really nice when her golf cart actually works.

The only reason I give this location 5 stars is because of the manager Simone. I was going through a very difficult personal situation when I moved my things into this location, and another employee was harassing me over $2 that was missed on their account. Once I explained the situation Simone was more than understanding, and handled the situation as any business should. I recommend to only deal with her.

We’ve been renting from this location for many years. Over that time, I have met with several employees. Simone is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit last month. She took the time to make sure we had the right unit for us, and available when we needed it.

Simone is very rude, ghetto, and unprofessional and has blocked me from any Troy location because I told her to cancel my reservation after she called me and wanted me to schedule a appointment even though I was set to move I'm on the 27th of June. When I asked if I could come in on my own time, her reply was, " We have other things to do on the property and other people to talk to." Simone, I'm sorry if coming to the property on my time would disturb you from your job. Everyone I've spoken to at their Troy property afterward as been rude and nasty.

They hike prices almost every month ; since it’s no contract . The door knobs are broken so anyone can get in. Worst customer support ever.
Had all my stuff moved out by the 3rd, yet I still had to pay for a full month.. tried to contact customer support several times to no avail. And when I called a location they gave me a spam call phone number. Ridiculous the way they treat paying customers and I will never rent from this company ever again.
Just got off the phone with Simone who might be the best employee at Public Storage. She was calling in regards to another issue but when I told her my current issue, she made it her priority to help me and make sure I was heard. I was on the phone with customer service (we care) or whatever and they were extremely frustrating, difficult and made me feel unheard. Again, Simone made it her task to help me and I feel like she went above and beyond, ensuring I felt heard.
