This location is well maintained (snow removal) and general overall maintenance. Nancy, the site manager, is always on site, and in the office. Clean, dry, and secure storage units, what more could you need? What do you need? Access to the storage unit when you have explicitly told the staff you were going to clean it out would have been nice. Instead the unit was padlocked.

My experience at Public Storage was painless. I originally reserved a locker online, and was trying to take advantage of the Fall 50% sale. Due to some technical difficulties through the site, I decide to call the location the next day. I was paired with Nancy who provided excellent service. She was able to retrieve my reservation and still honored my original 50% off booking. She was quick to answer any questions I had and provided additional details about monthly rate charges. I was not expecting it to be this easy to acquire storage, and Nancy made it even easier and worry free. If myself or others require storage solutions in the future, I'd gladly enlist Public Storage again. Thanks again Nancy!

I recently rented a storage space at Public Storage. This was my first time renting from any storage facility so it's new to me. I spoke with Nancy and she was very nice and walked me through the online agreement. After that was done I still had a lot of questions and Nancy took the time to explain each and every one of them. Working with Nancy was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for your service.

We’ve kept a large storage unit here for a year, while our home was being built and still keep a small unit here even though our home is done and it’s not the closest storage unit by far, it’s still convenient because it’s just a couple minutes off 75 when using the Rochester Road exit. And they are just nice, and they are always working around the facility and helping people so the stuff we store there feels secure. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Prices are high -to high. Not 24 access. If I’m going to pay a lot of money to keep my possessions at a location I should be able to have access to my things whenever I want access. The pavement is uneven needs to be repaved. Looking forward to moving out and closing my account. They repainted the property causing the door locks to jam making it hard to close. They should have been more careful during the upgrade. Again looking forward to moving out and being done with such high rates.

Clean storage units with room to back in a trailer

My question is: Where are the dumpsters to clean and reorganize your units if needed??

I don't typically write reviews but need to share my experience with this location. I was misled and lied to by the front desk lady (Nancy I believe). I set up auto pay online and had a problem with auto payment 3 months into my contract. I received an email about it and paid with a credit card online – no problem. I few days later I received another email saying I was being charged a $56 late fee for a $285 payment owed (I was 8 days late). This represents a +250% APR. I went to the location in person and showed my credit card transactions where I attempted pay 3 different times (after paying thru their website, it appeared my last payment was successful). The front desk lady told me to “read my contract” and nothing could be done about the late fee. My credit is excellent and don’t miss payments. Although it seems like extortion, ultimately it can be my fault for not following up – fine. While speaking in person with the front desk lady about my late fee, she told me my late fee covers me thru the end of the month and would not be charged anything more until the first of the month (~3 weeks away). My perspective is since they’re charging a late fee for the month at a 250% APR, I don’t need to pay until end of month (per her guidance). Well….10 days later they cut my lock and threatened to auction my entire storage unit! Be very careful with this location and do not expect them to standby anything they’ve told you.

I recently moved some items into this location for temporary storage. Teri was working in the front office and was extremely helpful and accommodating. This location is extremely clean and well-organized. Public Storage has a Mobile app, which makes it easy to enter the security gates and doors for climate controlled units. I had a great experience.

Horrible thus far went to move in elevator wasn't working, no one available to answer questions and nonchalant attitude from staff when you express concerns. Only positive was rate of unit.

Like this location but the negative side is they keep jacking the prices up! I'm not talking about $10 I'm talking about $50 bucks!! Not once but twice. So now I'm spending time looking for a more reasonable priced storage.
