Rented a storage here for one month gave them three heads up that my stuff would be out before my next bill. They still tried charging me after three heads up plus two times telling them at the office.
They finally went to the low levels of trying to get the money of taking it to a debit collector.
If your only planing on using there storage for a month find someone else because they try charging you for a month you didn’t even have anything in the storage
I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan . I think maybe the last 3 times I've seen him I was extremely stressed out about other things going on in my life. He has always been patient, understanding, informative and most helpful ! He also kept his cool and he has always spoke to me in a nice calm voice. So I really just wanted to point out his AWESOME customer service and care towards me. Not one time, but EVERYTIME I see him ! I salute you Sir 🙌🙌 🙌

This place is a rip off be sure and read the fine lines cause baby they will increase your monthly bill every month. And please be advised that if you move out on the 1st of the month you have to pay for that month all while they rent it for the month to another person. This place deserves no stars just had to choose one to vent my review. In my opinion shop elsewhere!!!!!

Great facility, manager was SO helpful
This company is a total rip off with terrible and rude customer service at the home office. Their online payment system is faulty and the company will charge the customers for mistakes that the company and their systems make and send all sorts of emails threatening to auction of your items. I will never deal with this company again and I'm contacting the Attorney General, and will sue to the highest extent according to consumer laws and rights! I encourage anybody else to do the same if your having issues with this lying rip off company!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

Nothing but incredible, I was behind and they really worked with me so I wouldn’t loose my unit. Sierra was amazing saved me some money. Dealing with storage is hard but when I have good people I can communicate with and rely on it helps

Stop raising the storage fees price for no apparent reason. No loyalty to current customers. Security exit on12 mile is not working properly, no badge requirement upon exit.
There was snow all in my unit and my door wouldn’t close properly, on a Friday at 2:30 no one is in the office to help me in order to lock my unit back up.

I am an elderly woman who is 73 years old. I have had to ask Ashley 1000 questions on how to get to my unit and she is extremely kind and understanding of my elderly mistakes and misunderstanding on how the process works. I have asked her 1000 questions and during that she has been courteous, and really understanding. She is so.kind and willing to help with whatever I need without a from on her face and helps whenever I need it. I reccomend her for the highest reward the company offers.
