Not sure how this place has 4.9 stars. My rent was raised by 31.52% in just one month. My storage unit is not indoors, and is on the second floor without an elevator. Not worth the price. Absolutely terrible experience, and could not recommend this to anyone.

My friend and I recently visited my storage unit and found it wasn’t ideal due to its size and location. The manager Sabrina was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me with switching to a different unit. She provided detailed information about the new units and made the transition smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience!

What a rough day is been and barely 10:04am but that was all turned after meeting Darlene (and the other sweet lady, sorry I forgot your name) they were very helpful and just the customer service I needed from two great souls.
Sierra was so helpful! I underestimated the size of unit we would need and she was able to easily switch us from our original unit to one that was the appropriate size!
Love the location and my time there was pleasant. They're super flexible & considerate. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that the price went up a couple times throughout my 2 year tenure.
Overall, the staff is great & I'd definitely recommend this location for keeping your items safe & secure.

The property manager at this location is the best I've ever experienced! She is knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to assisting to your needs. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from public storage at this facility any day any year anytime! The place is always clean anytime I come here, I read it from other places where the property was leaving a lot to be desired the management was not very friendly or helpful in fact sometimes a very rude but not here :-) on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give this place an 11 and five stars

Tried calling to verify the amount for my move in yesterday. First rep I talked to “what are you trying to accomplish” and was upset with me I didn’t already have the direct store number. Second person wouldn’t give me a price and just kept directing me to the app. I’m renting somewhere else because this is not what I want to deal with when we’re moving.

I came to this storage unit because another public storage wasn't manned. she closed her public storage and drove to the public storage to help me and others who had been waiting for hours. I would rent from her all the time whenever I need a storage. Irene is the best at what she does and she does a great job!!
I wanted to leave a review specifically for Eileen the store manager, as she turned my whole experience around after being really upset on how some things transpired. I was laid off twice this year and was having some financial difficulties because of it which caused me to fall behind on a lot of things including my storage unit. I called in freaking out because of this and explained my situation to an employee, who’s name I will leave out, and she assured me that they would make note of what was going on, a lien fee would be assessed but as soon as I paid that I would be okay. I felt better, but had 100 other things that were on my mind other than my storage unit. I paid when I was able too, and assumed I was caught up and everything was okay. Come to find out per the terms of my contract they had cut off my lock. I was shocked when I received and email telling me to secure my space! I didn’t know what was going on, called back in and to my surprise that was a term of the agreement. I was furious to say the least, as the belongings in my unit are those of my late mother. I called in and spoke to Eileen and basically went off on her about this matter, told her I wanted to move out asap, and said I would never do business with public storage again. She reached out to her district manager and went above and beyond to make arrangements for me to move out, including giving me a temporary lock with my own key, and a full extra day to remove my belongings. She also allowed me to throw away a few things at no charge, and let me know that in the future if I would have been able to get in contact with her, they would have had other solutions to help me with the financial difficulty I was facing. If it were not for the graciousness of Eileen, I would be writing a very angry review and would not have given 4 stars, but thankfully she knew how to deliver an effortless customer experience and I deeply thank her for her assistance. It’s people like her that are understanding during these difficult times that really make the difference. To the employee that lied to me, gave me false information, and didn’t forward me to Eileen for help sooner, I wish you the best in your career but customer service is not your strong point at all. You ruined my experience and stressed me out so much in a very stressful time. If you need storage, contact Eileen! She’s got your back. Thank you!

I had no problem getting the answers I needed and the walk throughs I needed since I wasn’t able to decided on what storage I needed but Regina made sure to leave me satisfied with a storage with enough space for all my things and with a good deal!

This storage place has been very nice and understanding. They have a lot to deal with in the location, so just FYI-if you need a cart, you have to request one during business hours.
We had our unit broken in to and stole tires and other important items. We came to the storage to get some stuff .got there our unit had a different lock on it then what we had put on . Had a public storage lock on it . Told the workers just said they didn’t know who changed the lock and had know idea. And couldn’t open it for us and didn’t have the keys. So they had us call a locksmith to open it for $180 .Told us just to do a inventory and do a insurance claim and do a police report. So someone had broken our lock off stole our belongings and put a public storage lock on it . Thought this was a good place to store our personal belongings. It was even indoors. Worst of all they wouldn’t look at the security cameras footage.

We needed help switching our unit to another better option for us and our items. The property manager helped us do that with ease. The price was great and reasonable. We liked the area it was in and the property was very well kept. The climate controlled unit we are renting was on the second floor but it had a great elevator that would lift our items to the top floor in order for us to have easy access to our items rather than taking them up the staircase. Overall, we liked the price and how accessible this storage is from I10 and our home as well.
We were looking for a storage unit to hold our business materials. We toured multiple places but we liked this one the most. It was accessible for us. We could access it easily off of the 51st avenue exit, it was clean, the property manager was amazing. We are happy with our choice!
We had viewed other properties before deciding to go with Public Storage. The property manager is very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were aware of everything. The place is very clean and well kept. Not like some of the other places we toured. We are happy with out unit and it is close to our home.

The lady in the office is super nice but the area this storage is in is horrible! If your looking for a good ol fashioned murder or a down home rapin then this is for you. But if you are not, YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

This place was better when it was bargain storage. The manager (Ally) at this location picks/chooses who she is cordial with.My experiences with her found her to be unforthcoming and sneaky. She doesn't return calls until end of billing cycle then suddenly she claims just seen message..I have my own transport. She is forcing me to rent a moving van to move all my belongings same time but my bill is paid up for this month. Ally also got her district manager (Tom) to side with her and do her dirty works.Tom is worse.
This business used to be bargain storage. The new managers name is Ally, she speaks very bossy. She connivingly evicted couple tenants with only days notice near the end of month. Many people lost their belonging or couldn't pay her $250 random. I am filing complaint with the BBB seeking resolution.

Very poorly ran, liars
This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with I have called and left messages with corporate 3 times regarding fees that I should have never been charged because I was lied to by an employee when I first opened my account still have not received a response back I guess the place was bought out by a different company and nobody is on the same page nobody knows what they're talking about I've been told different things by every single person that I've spoken to it's an absolute joke of a business I'd appreciate it if somebody from corporate could call me back to discuss these fees
I received a called from Ally she is a great person some how i forgot to put my lock on my unit and i went out of town. Ally right away locked my unit with one of their locks to secure it tha ks alot Ally
The office manager here is excellent! Ally made the difference here. I had an issue with a neighbor of my storage unit and when I brought it to her attention she got me into a new storage unit in a different area and was amazing when dealing with the whole situation! Was a great place until it was bought out by Public Sotrage. Rates are no longer reasonable.
Corporate greed took over this place, as soon as Public Storage took over from the prior owner which wasn’t that long ago there has already been 2 substantial rate increases. Also have seen on multiple occasions homeless people roaming around the premises (probably up to no good). Shop around, this place is getting out of hand.
This property was purchased from a different storage company a few months ago and completely went downhill. There is never a manager on site anymore, despite trying different days and different times of day. Was physically threatened by vagrants on the property multiple times and reported the issues to management, with not even a phone call back from them. I have left seven voicemails in the last two weeks attempting to close out my storage unit and have never received a phone call back. When someone finally called me today, they attempted to charge me for the month of March (due to their inability to call me back), despite the fact I have been cleared out and trying to close my account since the end of February. The woman actually hung up on me when I disputed the fact that I shouldn’t have to pay for March. I will follow up with the BBB this afternoon. I do not recommend public storage to anyone, ever.
