FYI, it doesn't matter what day of the month you begin your rental. You will be charged on the first every month afterwards and there isn't any credit or reimbursement if you use your passcode for just one day. I'm out $160 for a unit I'm not using anymore

People are great. Rates are good. Gate doesn't always work and app won't give code when on property to open gates manually. Gate hours aren't so good. Would give 5 stars if not for issues with gates.

As a first-time storage customer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties. My unit was accessed within a month of storing at this location. Three watches that held probably minimal monetary value but were very sentimental to me were stolen. I was alerted in the most nonchalant phone call. When I arrived I was greeted and everything was pleasant as if it was a normal day and they hadn't just been robbed. I asked if it happened often to which they said no. The place has cameras but they don't use them. The manager Tim tried to explain that if I couldn't remember what day they were robbed it would be highly inconvenient to filter through all the camera footage. The day I came in to assess which of my items were missing the lock I purchased from them to use for my unit had been removed for "security" but no worries the manager on duty made it seem like he was doing me a favor by comping the next one instead of making me purchase it.
They will not help but instead push you off to their 3rd party insurance agency to file a claim that goes nowhere.
My things are gone and will never come back and I will not be compensated. It really sucks.
Don't waste your time, money or precious items dealing with this circus.

Horrific experience...if you are into being treated poorly, this place will certainly do it! Called Public Storage to rent a unit. I was told the Manager would be in the office, and to apply online, which I did. I was told the new lock would be inside the unit- I paid for the unit and lock, was told at this particular location, that I did not get the 1$ move in special. That's fine,whatever. (gimmick anyways). But - I'm going to tell you straight up- this place will steal your money and leave you hanging. When I went to the unit, not only could I not access it after paying for it-(they still had THEIR LOCK locking it)- but the parking lot was tore up PREVENTING move-in!!!
I called the manager who was supposed to show up at 2 pm. He or she did not answer the entire time I was on property - which was about 45 minutes to an hour. During that time, I decided to call the main customer service number, and they kept transferring me to this department, or that department- it was clear to me their entire organization needs a retraining shakedown in one call resolution. They couldn't get a hold of the property manager either. I finally asked for a refund, they told me 1-3 business days, and then on the third day, realized they never returned the money. I call customer service again that gives me the run around, and after speaking to 4 different incompetent agents, I'm then told 5-7 business days. Funny how they can rip you off immediately, but don't have to pay you interest for holding your money hostage? So glad I spent a day with the public storage nightmare instead of doing something useful such as resting on my day off, or reading a good book if this is the idea of the new " Woke" agenda, you can keep it because your people skills suck. . As far as management goes? I guess corporate welfare is a real thing, because they are as helpful as a box of rocks. It's Friday, I still have not received my money back for the storage they messed up on. Screw Public Storage!
THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GET A UNIT HERE .. MANGER ON PROPERTY TOLD ME THAT I can't get into my unit because there close until Oct 25 th so he close the gate on me can they do this I pay on time every month does anybody know if it really close until the 25th please let me know

My family and I rented here for a few years while we got back on our feet,, everyone throughout the years has been wonderful, Our furniture did not suffer any type of damage due to the AC on 24/7.. never had any issue with security. Today was our last day renting there.. and let me tell you the help we got from Jessie and Ashley, the front office employees, was beyond gratifying..Jessie walked me to and from the unit to make sure everything was good he was amazing and Ashley helped me with closing the account and stopping payment ! 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍👍👍

These guys don't have the features that are advertised online. They overcharged me and couldn't explain why but said I'd get a check in 3-4 weeks for the mishap. The unit that was promised online wasn't available and incorrect. There's no cart dollies for the front part of the facility. There's no cool air for the temperature controlled section. The hours they're open are only until 6 pm. They close at 5 pm on Sundays! It is highly inconvenient to get to because of the light rail tracks, especially during rush hours. This place is TERRIBLE. I do NOT recommend this to ANYONE.

Easy rental experience from beginning to end-- I signed up online, had locks in my unit when I arrived, and was able to close out my unit on the app when I moved out. No need to go into the office or call at all. The facility was always clean and staff was attentive to my needs while I was there. The provided carts were super helpful when moving stuff in and out. I felt safe accessing my unit as a single female with my infant son. The only con I found is that the building with the units is closed after a certain time, but it's not difficult to work around once you know that.
I was kicked out for what they said for spending to much time picking stuff up and dropping stuff off.

This place is so disgusting filthy and so old. The swamp coolers have no vents and yet they brag about their storage units as if they were the best in town. The office personnel sometimes can be friendly (during the sell pitch) very obnoxious and rude thereafter. Please go somewhere else.
Word to the wise, GATES CLOSE AT 6PM!! I'm currently renting at this location and am not happy about it whatsoever! A friend of mine helped move some of my belongings into the unit I setup online. I was out of town and was happy for the help. Having done business with the company in the past I wasn't worried about checking it out in person first. Seriously regretting it now! The hours are ridiculous!! There's no access past 6pm and 5pm on the weekends. How can you close this early and expect ppl working a 9-5 to get anything done by 6pm?! So word to the wise, look somewhere else.

The place is so run down. The swamp cooler on the 3rd floor is about to fall off. The elevators are disgusting and broken. The doors to get into the building do not work. The elevators get stuck. The place is filthy smells like a public restroom on a hot day it is definitelynot climate controlledit is always so hot. So glad to find another facility I pay way too much for this dump.

Garbage site.. I needed a storage in a crunch and this was the closest one.. went about 2 hrs after they were supposed to be open but no one was there and they were closed.. people with existing units couldnt even get in because no one was there.. called cust service and they said it should be open and tried calling the employee but they didn't even answer to them so I had to leave and find another place.
Needed a space for my car last minute - excellent customer service from the initial call, to Jesse who assisted me at the property. Very friendly, informative and quick. Great spot and location - Very easy and the price was significantly better than I was paying at Storquest!
Updated, facility is dirty and never swept or kept clean. In the short while I had my car there I got 2 nails in my tires, simply driving in and out

I found that the roof had leaked and half of the contents in my unit completely destroyed. The staff never reported the problem or potential problem to the customers. I was offered another unit when I discovered the mess but the employee never returned to give me another unit. He actually left the premises at closing time (6:00pm) without returning to help me. I was in the 'closed' building alone until 9:30pm. I returned this next day to be told that yes it was a roof leak but they are not allowed to tell us and we are not allowed to read any kind of report regarding the incident and I am having difficulty contacting management or a district manager and my insurance company cannot get a hold of them either. I was told by an employee that they are not allowed to give out the name of the district manager of Public Storage or the email address to which they can be reached.
The new property manager who just took over is so helpful. He walked me through all the coats and where my unit was. very polite, understanding, welcoming and made sure my unit was ready.

It's a decent storage area nearby where I work and near my home. The hours kinda suck for me (accessible only from 6am to 6pm m-f) and the prices fluctuate (you all should know that the prices will change, mike went up). It is however, a place to store stuff, at the least. There are different sizes available and some 24hr access storage units for a pretty penny. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The service is quite good. Wish the hours were better but it is in a... Questionable... Part of town.

The person or two working there are kind and have helped us with any questions we’ve had so far. The problem I’ve had is that since coming here this place never seems staffed appropriately. You have this large facility and there was one person working there the last three visits I’ve made.
Number one, this isn’t safe for that person. This neighborhood and the clientele that I’ve seen coming by can be a bit unruly.
Number two, how can they comfortably take breaks like this? In my case I was stuck waiting for an extra 20 minutes bc no one was there to return my wife license. I’m glad you at least give them breaks but for the love of god give them some backup so they can actually enjoy the time off.
Number three, it’s just dirty. There is trash is all around the dumpster, the hallways are grimy and there has been a bathroom out of order since I came by last week. You would think being two years into covid that cleanliness would be understood by upper management.
When you start adding all these things up it just seems that whoever runs the facility at the higher levels of management is either not doing their job properly or just doesn’t really care about the quality of service that this place is actually offering.
I don’t need a reply, please just initiate the change. Not even for the customers but for the people who are stuck working for a business that is clearly working in inequity.
