I'm particularly rating Deja within my rating of 5 stars because if it wasn't for her making sure I was completely satisfied as a customer I'd never deal with public storage again in life due to some inconveniences and misinformation that was given to me when I was dealing with customer service. Deja was very knowledgeable of her job and has great energy and truly cares about the customers she assist and really made my experience a great one. She is very kind and mannerable and made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring in me being taken care of regarding my situation. Thanks to Deja my experience was so much better more people need to be hired like her that truly care has a good heart and knows how to handle business in an efficient and professional way. Most people in customer service positions like that seem like they don't really enjoy their jobs and typically just try to get off the call as quick as possible... Not Jamie! “Unprofessional, poor hours and not responsive” I have (2) units on the ground level and have spent months trying to figure out why one of them is $150+ more than the other. In office…”Will check and let you know” No response. 9/4/2024 person just hung up and would not answer. Hours have changed to something most people can’t work with.
The Customer Service people on location are great and very helpful. However, whoever made the decision to change the access hours to daytime only (0930-1800) when people are working is ridiculous. No way to access your unit after hours so you have to either take time off work to get there or wait until the weekend.

Everyone who works at this location is incompetent. I’ve called this location three times and left a message each time with no response over a billing issue that they caused. When I arrived to speak to someone in person, no one was on property. (I checked the entire property, not just the office.) Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Honestly the best moving/storage experience I’ve ever had and I would absolutely use this specific location again as well as for my business needs. The unit was clean and ready immediately and Annalise even walked me right up to the unit to make sure I was squared away. From the day I booked my rental Annalise and Arcana were so kind, helpful and accommodating. I am giving 4 stars simply because there was a bit of miscommunication between their district manager and them about my account balance. That in no way reflects how helpful and prompt Annalise and Arcana were when tending to my issue!!! They have been amazing from the minute I booked. My only wish is that the district manager was better versed in the contract they require everyone to sign. Thank you Arcana and Annalise for making my experience amazing and going that extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. I will definitely use Public Storage again simply because of the two of you!
The management is top notch. The best in the business. I call and they answer. I need assistance and they are there. They have made my experience so awesome that I feel cared for and appreciated. They appreciate my business and make sure I know that. And for the district manager. I'm talking about the two who worked 10/25 and 10/26. Best storage experience I have ever had. One of the worst "customer service" experiences I've ever had. I've been traveling with my motorcycle, all the way from Alaska and needed a place to store it while working. I RESERVED a unit at this location that seemed perfect for my needs.
They sent a link with payment instructions. I filled in all the required information and boom, the link is dead. Won't work. Tried three times. Called customer service and after being transferred three separate times, the rep sent another link. Except this time, there WAS NO LINK. No URL or option to complete payment.
I called again, got transferred three times again and asked if it would be okay if I just went to the physical location to finalize the rental. I was assured that this would be perfectly fine. Well, today I arrived and THERE IS NO ONE AT THE LOCATION. I called customer service again, was transferred SIX TIMES AND TOLD THAT THEY HAD RENTED THE UNIT I RESERVED TO SOMEONE ELSE. That's after the rep tried to take my money and rent me an upstairs unit! For storing a motorcycle?!
This entire company is a first rate clown show. They are liars and nobody has any actual idea what is happening with individual reservations or how to actually get you a unit that will meet your requirements. They wasted my time, my vacation and toyed around with me like my reservation was a joke.
It really couldn't be any worse. It's like they were going out of their way to ruin my day.

Do not use this storage they suck!!! I had a unit for 2 years Management is always the worst. It took them a month to cut my lock after they replaced it for unknown reasons. When I moved my stuff out they charged me an extra month and lied about the day I vacated my unit.

over all I had a pleasant experience moving in, Alex assisted me, the lock was not installed on my unit I shared with him that I had locked my lock onto the units door but the door did not lock, he came and took a look and shared with me that the lock was not installed at all, he went to the office and got the lock for my unit and he installed it, himself I am so thankful that he did that because we had already moved all of my stuff into the unit and I did not want to have to pay someone to move it to another unit ( cause I thought that the door was broke,) any way he made sure that the lock was installed into the door of my unit and that the door did lock properly, I was relieved and the day was saved. Thank you! also I had questions about the payment and how it worked, I had recalled Alex sharing that the payments are due on the 1st of the month and that the payment would be prorated, I had just moved in at the end of the prior month, so I wanted to make sure that I understood correctly, I left a message and Annalise called me with the details so that all worked perfect for me Thank you!

Shaunan is no longer with the company and the manager failed to tell me when someone attempted to break into my storage unit, broke my lock, and had multiple other units around mine successfully broken into and robbed. They replaced the broken lock but didn't fix the hasp, have them a key and it has been about a week. No accountability in new manager and horrible customer service even when you've been a customer for YEARS which means bills always paid.

I spoke with the property manager on 07/15/23 about coming in to gain access to my unit, we flew in last night. I showed up to the location this morning, 7/20/23 at 0915, and waited for them to open. Even after calling twice and leaving a voice-mail, I still have not heard from anyone. We rang the buzzer, and there was no response. Waited until 1030 in 100 degrees, and still nothing. I'd love to get this resolved tomorrow.

This is a kind of local place for me and I had to choose quickly due to my inventory being too much to handle at my current location.
Initially, my rent for a 5x5 was 89 dollars the rent has now increased to over 110 dollars and I don't think it's worth that much especially due to the area and the stragglers that hang around this place.
Each time I went to retrieve items from my storage there is always someone looking suspicious hanging around.
In my last encounter 4 days ago I had this man propping the gate open with a rock and what looked like a cord you lock a bike up with. I could not get out the gate to leave and had to call a 800# and provide details of my account to open and leave. All the while this man is just sitting there staring into my truck and I felt unsafe but thankfully my fiance was there if anything would have happened.
I don't think I'll be renewing my lease here and will find somewhere more safe to go where there's no people just hanging around and a better price.
The new management has done a nice job of cleaning the facility. We feel our belongings are safe and secure there,
The new manager has done some wonderful upgrades. She is friendly and informative.

The manager was warm, friendly professional, helpful and compassionate when confronted with an issue regarding access to our unit while she was out on sick leave. She was open and demonstrated active listening skills as evidenced by her efforts to resolve our issue. I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to please visit this location. As a side note, the maintenance employee with the dark brown beard and long hair, was engaged in painting while we were there and yet took time to assist us with accessing the elevator system. I don't believe you can go wrong with selecting this location.

My unit door wouldn’t open all the way up, I notified personnel and the initial employee stated that he would just have to put a work order in, then I employee Shaunan came over and did all she could to help us get the door unlocked, she helped with tools and she even got down and dirty on the ground to get inside of the storage unit to assess the problem, definitely recommend going to her if you have any issues with your unit

I don’t usually consider writing reviews for public storage places but wow! I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service I got from both Jeff and Shaunan. I’ve had a unit at this location for about a year now and the whole property looks so much better than it did the last time I was in about 6 months ago. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone moving forward. Amazing job, guys!
Location is in a bad neighborhood and that brings in difficult circumstances for me and especially for the manager of Public Storage. At times the sanitary conditions are repulsive. PS really should have a second employee helping out with cleaning and appearance. The number buttons on the entry code boxes are sticky and filthy.

If I could give them 0 I would. I was broke into 2 weeks after renting. Homeless people live there after closing time.
They pee in cups and leave them. I gave 45 day Notice that I was leaving, and they are still trying to charge me for another Month. They are incredibly dirty, the doors are super flimsy. Their prices are about 70-80 more a month than 2 units I'm renting Elsewhere.
For some reason elevator wouldn’t let me go to my unit on second floor said invalid access. Anthony provide amazing help. Got me into my unit and flagged my issue so it can get resolved properly and in a timely manner

Update: Doubled my rent after 3 months of renting. 2 stars. Emphatic no. PS or any storage is absolutely a last resort. Tip: Get rid of stuff instead of storing it by selling it on Offer Up or Facebook Marketplace.

The service here is an absolute joke. You’ll probably laugh at this. So I’m a mortgage loan officer and work like 60 hours a week, finally took Friday off to get this moving thing done. I arrived to the facility with a fully loaded truck only to find that the only access to my unit, an elevator was out of service. Clearly frustrated having just wasted an entire day, gas etc…I go talk to the guy and he has just let someone in through the stairs before me. He acts all snarky and tells me, “I’m not about to let people in through the stairs all day it’s exhausting” then I follow into the building to figure out what we can do, and he goes “actually, can you just give me like 5 mins” again in a very rude way. I’m like “aight dude” and started to get frustrated myself. I asked for either another unit or a refund. Tried to upcharge me for another unit and denied a refund because and I quote, “the contract says no refunds after 2 days” dummy. I don’t remember the contract saying that the elevator breaking is a possibility and there won’t be access granted to your unit. Now I can’t get a hold of them, that’s ok my lawyer will and the Internet will for sure. GO ANYWHERE ELSE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE A SCAM
This was my first time buying a unit on auction and almost had a nervous breakdown with the time limits. It rained and messed up everything but Brandon was able to get me a little more time to complete the close out of the unit. I really appreciate the kindness and patience that Brandon had with me as I learn the process.
I was going thru a really rough time and the Brandon was so courteous and helpful it helped lift my spirits. The customer service was exceptional. I really appreciate him finding a way to work with me thru my difficult times.
We bought a unit in auction and won two more free. It was our first time and we bit off a little more than we could chew. Brandon was able to get us a little more time to get completed. Really appreciate the extra time since it rained and put a damper on our process. Was very patient with us taking so long and having a mess in the aisle. Thank you for being so understanding. When loft got stuck he was able to fix the problem with little wait, knows his electronics. Only thing wish could do is get ahold of manager for a little more time.

Honestly I'm glad, I'm glad I choose this secure facility with cameras and automated fences and codes needed to get in and out of the property and I'm glad whoever stole my stuff did so when the public storage facility had its own lock on my unit man it just feels great to get screwed 🙂let your stuff get stolen too choose this place
