I only gave two stars because the homeless guy who lived there helped me move in. With this being said there are people living in there storage units at the Scottsdale location. So if you want your stuff smelling like cigarette smoke, which was so strong I got a headache, then this is the place for you! The “manage’ was MIA when we needed him to get access into the unit. I had to leave two messages before I got a call back. This lost me money, because my movers had to leave there was no where to move my stuff too. It was a terrible experience. I was left with a truck full of furniture. I finally got a call back and by the time I found more help, the tenants had come “home”. Again, Do not store your stuff here unless you want your stuff smelling like cigarettes”. I have no time to move my stuff again before I have to leave town for work. So at this point I’m stuck with this gross smelling place.
I had an issue with my storage lock. Michael at the front counter was quick to help and resolved my issue painlessly. Thanks for the help!

I got there with my moving company, it says we are open but no one was there. The code I was given didn't work. We called the number on the office door but no one was answering. Don't use public storage, don't waste your money and time. Find other storage companies that are better.

The office staff are very friendly. They have an off site location with cameras which is great. However, I have worked in storage before and noticed there are some things they can work on. When moving in over two days I noticed the floor in our building wasn’t swept. (The same bug was in the hallway) maybe different standards per company’s? When we moved out our items there was some stuff in the hallway as well so as far as cleanliness goes it could be better but the offsite property on the outside is very clean. Just not extra space standards. We were also only there for a month and our rent went from $85 to $115. That’s a really big jump in rent for only being there for one month

It's a nice secure place to keep your stuff stored. It's an easy place to navigate, and the prices are very good. Booking online is extremely easy, and they usually offer promotion where you basically just pay for the insurance for the first month. And even after that the monthly price is are not bad.
This place is a total joke. They have homeless people living on location in the units. One day I showed up at their office to ask a question and the lady at the desk asked if I would help her remove a homeless person from their unit because she was afraid. She said there were drugs and needles all over the unit. In addition they keep changing my monthly rent. Go somewhere else to store your things.

Easily accessible storage unit near my residence, and a lock was provided. I didn’t want it at first, but kept it and added another lock for extra layer of security. Cheap too, better than moving, just rent a unit and put the stuff in that don’t fit in the house. Temporary solution. Also we did everything online, no need to talk to anyone so it was great, and it has remote access from the app.
