I was moving from out of state and the people at public storage were amazing to work with. Very communicative and helpful. Once I got there they were very friendly and prompt about getting me into my untit.

I deleted my original one star review, and I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I received a call from the main office (I wish I could remember the name of the lady who called me) She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She made me feel valued as a customer. She pointed out a few areas where I misspoke, I appreciated that as well. I do not want to be unfair in my review if there was something I was wrong about. She made everything right and she went above and beyond to take care of me. I will definitely be staying with this facility.

Great staff!!! I just moved here and had to store some musical equipment. I first spoke to Kendrah on the phone about what size I may need and then I came in and met with Ann who showed me two different size units and made me feel more comfortable about storing my instruments there.

I want to acknowledge and thank Ann for helping my move go smoothly. Her advice and friendly attitude were a breath of fresh air during a hard time. Kendra was super helpful in finding me an extra unit at a moments notice when the first one filled up very quickly. As a business owner, I have to credit Public Storage for two exemplary employees that are an asset to their business.

Friendly, professional, and music lovers to boot!

Immediately after taking over Life storage property the raised the monthly rent 70 dollars. When I contacted them about it they were unhelpful and still wanted to raise it 20 dollars a month. That rate was 200 dollars a month higher than the online price for a similar unit at the same location.

My family is moving from MI to AZ and we needed a storage solution. I called all the local places and ended up choosing Life. My experience was well above my expectations as the manager Sam helped me secure a unit when I walked in the door on a Friday evening 1 minute before closing. Sam was excellent to work with and I’d recommend giving this location a shot for your business.

Been customers with them for about two years now. Sam and Clint are very reasonable and helpful managers. They went the extra mile to help us in a challenging situation since we've been good customers.

Great location, clean and accessible facilities - my units on the second floor and was really easy to move furniture into. Peter goes above and beyond. A+ service for sure Only comment is there wasn’t a light in my unit… not sure if that’s standard or just mine but a non-issue for me. The hallway light do enough 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Sam was very helpful! While he was showing me a tour of the facility, someone happened to book the unit I came in inquiring about online. When we got back from the tour and he realized what happened, he immediately found a resolution for me, since that was the only unit left in that size. He was also very straight forward and honest about how pricing and insurance works! Overall, I was very impressed with how clean and well maintained the place is, and appreciated his kindness!

I wanted to share my experience with LifeStorage and our initial thoughts of the facility and interaction. The facility was extremely clean and up to date, you can definitely tell the place is well kept which is a huge determining factor that our stuff we store will be safe. Sam was really great to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. He patiently answered our questions and helped us find the right unit for our needs. The Manger Sam is great! Best deals for storage around. Nice AC units and it's never too busy so it's easy to get in and out fast.

Been using this facility for about a year and I just want to say how happy I am. This place is always clean and I've never had a problem with the gate not working like other facilities. Sam has always returned my calls if I've ever needed anything! I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a safe and clean place to store your belongings.

Very clean and well maintained. Have a 10x20 unit for about 6 months, and they already have jacked the cost more than $50/month. It's getting a bit expensive.

This facility and Sam the manager defines how a business should operate. After a totally disappointing and awful experience at public storage this was the complete opposite. The facility is spotless and it's located and what seems like a business center. As a result you don't feel like you're surrounded by homeless people that need storage. The manager Sam took his time explaining all aspects of the contract and the operation of the storage facility.

Been using this storage for close to a year now. Never have any problems! Love it!

Updated this to 1 star now as my storage rate went up by 50% after only 90 days of renting with them. Now, when you try to call you can't speak with anyone. Literally the only options are for hours and information. This was a con set up. When I signed up it wasn't for a term so they did state that prices could go up at any time. I guess I expected that to be longer than 90 days- Fortunately, there are multiple other storage places, for cheaper, within a few miles. Just know that they don't tell you a time frame on the current rate because they intend to raise your rate by 50% within 90 days. Up until this moment I've had great experiences with people here. However today we were moving into our storage unit some very long 10 foot poles that have American flags attached to them. Because they're so long we had to push the cart out so we could get them on the cart. Unfortunately due to the length of those poles it kept the aromatic glass door open. The only way to avoid this would have been to not back my car and trailer up to the door which means that we would have blocked the driveway that people would drive through if they needed to get by. One of the workers came out and expressed to us that we aren't supposed to block the door. I tried to explain to him that there's really no other way for me to do what we were doing and he told me to never do it again. That turned into a contentious argument because the idea that I'm going to park my car 50 feet away so I'm not blocking the roadway and then grab my Flags which you can only carry four or five at a time into the building in 115 degree heat is ludicrous. We have 50 total flags. I get not wanting the door propped because of air conditioning but this was a special situation where the solution does not make more sense than leaving the door propped open for five minutes while we load the cart. Which by the way even if we weren't loading Flags the sliding glass door stays open because of the motion sensor that keeps it open to make it automatic.

Life storage is a great place to store your stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure my experience was top tier. The facility is pristine clean and well kept. I highly recommend Life Storage.

Initially when you sign up you are asked to leave a 5 star review... before you find out about the full cost for storage here. The staff is friendly and it is kept clean. There isn’t a trash dumpster at this facility either, which is an inconvenience for what you pay. I would change my review back to a 5 star rating if a trash dumpster was added for use.
