Loved how affordable and easy it was to get . Whole process down to lock and key Included all done online!!! I didn't even have to talk to anybody. I got it all done and moved my stuff into it, IN LESS THAN AN HOUR PEOPLE!!! Thus in turn making that headache and stress that comes with having to transition in any way obsolete. Th r price was SUPER CHEAP with a promotion and online only offerS. There was even a lock and key on my unit floor so I didn't have to see anyone sign anything and they even refunded me.$20 when I provided my own lock. Overall it is and was.a HUGE PROBLEM SOLVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND ALWAYS TELL EVERYONE I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Being able to do literally everything online was such a timesaver. And when I had a small glitch in my booking, Rosie in the office was such a wonderful resource. She really went above & beyond to make sure I was happy. Great place, great customer service!

Not every superhero wears a cape. In 2018/19 I suffered an attack that sent me in to preterm labor by my childrens father. Shortly after even though I was attacked and was on the lease with him, my children and I were forced from our home. Thinking this was temporary I quickly got a storage unit. While out of commission my abuser, to add salt in the wound, found his way up to the storage location and tried selling/ relinquishing me and my children's things (we had to move to SC with family). When I called in they could've told me that's your problem it's done. Except Ms Jen R. and Ms Rosie went above and beyond and assisted me in regaining possession of the unit with just my name as to avoid his evil plans in the future. This angered him and he again attacked me in 2022 at work. Due to this I lost my job and a way to afford housing, leaving my children and myself homeless even still now in 8/24. Since then we've been homeless couch surfing etc. And the only hope I've had is that we had the storage with all our things that will come out of this with us. There have been times I've had to choose between robbing Peter to pay Paul and get myself and my children hotels, pay family or get rentals to sleep in etc. thus forfeiting paying for the storage unit. Recently I decided that I was just going to give up, domestic violence and 2 evictions forcing me to become stagnant coupled with the care of my 2 quadriplegic son's has been so heavy that when Ms Jen and Ms Rosie called I just said I'm letting it go. That should have been the end of it, but these two angels unbeknownst to me wouldn't let me. I had explained that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do anything before my unit would be auctioned. So I did my usual I cried and prayed. I received a breakthrough when out of the blue I had the funds to once again save the unit. My kids when I told them cried with me one more month we still have a semblance of hope that one day we'll get back on our feet and we'll still have our furniture, medical equipment and memories of good times. These two women have me crying as I write this. You never know what someone is going through and you ladies did not have to do anything but your listed job responsibilities. Countless times you two angels have not only restored my faith in humanity, but have kept me going and I'm just another customer. Ms Jen I could never thank you enough for everything. You have been a pillar of support and you know everything you've done. This woman has even been a listening ear and never once had to care but she did. If you are going through domestic violence abuse get or and awayit doesn't get better but at least you'll be alive to tell your story and rebuild. My life was drastically altered but I still have it. This suffering is still a blessing and this too shall pass. I didn't know what I was going to write but the two of you are literal life savers. In a world where hope is few and far between and struggle runs rampant everywhere, I thank GOD for you two women. My children and myself are eternally Thankful for you both and will continue to keep you in our prayers. May the blessings that you both are come back and manifest in your lives ten fold. May GOD abundantly bless you both. All I have to give at the moment is a thank you. Because of angels like you businesses flourish. You two lovely souls make public storage feel like a community. For this I'm eternally grateful and pray that I can only return/ pay your kindnesses forward one day. Sorry for rambling but I had to let the world know about the two living heaven sent beings of light here at 19th and cactus public storage.

Today In the office I said it's unfair not getting prorated refund for remainder of month and insult to injury was told keep the lock you might be back. 2 chances to ask why I'm leaving never asked.

They were very helpful and polite. I recommend you come here if you want to be taken care of. Remember to get your stuff out before the 1st, they charge for that whole month no matter what, even if they don’t charge for the whole month you started.

The customer service was above and beyond, the woman who helped me was so sweet and very helpful. She was genuinely helpful, and very accommodating with keeping in touch with me through the reservation process. My needs were met unexpectedly quickly and conveniently considering the such short notice of my situation. I definitely am holding this location ton a high standard!

Storage units are clean. New asphalt that is lower than the floor of our unit (water drains away from our unit). Also, Rosie was very happy and helpful. She took good care of us.

The on-site people are helpful and great BUT the actual public storage customer service representatives are horrible! It should be an all around 5 star service but it is not. Beaware that price increase will continue to happen and they will not let you talk to a SUPERVISOR because "they will get in trouble" then become rude. Public Storage is that the type of customer service you want to represent you?

Stella was super nice and very patient when we lost our keys even though she ended up having to stay a little past closing time to get the old lock off and set us up with a new one. She made a stressful situation feel like no problem at all! Definitely recommend this place! 👍

Never had a problem in 5 years that I stored my stuff there. They tend to raise your lease amount however which I don't think they should

It's okay only thing I noticed is that the other storage customers are kinda disrespectful when they pass you in there vehicle's meaning dirty looks and kinda drive careless and to fast .

After having to switch units because the first one was to small I got a hold of customer service and they were not to much of a great help I was about to get in contact with Charles and he was amazing got everything I needed done with great speed and detail thank you Charles!

It's a storage place. The good thing is you need a security code to get in AND back out so you can't just sneak in. That's good.

I recently reserved a unit with a move in date of May 8th. When paying everything online it stated I was charged for a lock and I read that the lock would be inside of the unit on move in day and that I would receive a text with the gate code when it was ready. Never received a text. And when I drove to the location to access my unit, the gate code was in the app but my unit was locked so I couldn't gain access and by that point the office was closed. Yesterday I tried contacting customer service who told me I had to contact the location manager directly. I have called countless times and left messages but haven't heard back or had anyone pick up once. On the website it says how it would be so much easier doing everything completely online and a VM I had from another manager of a public storage said I could skip the office and go right back to the unit hassle free yet 2 days after my move in date I still can't get in contact with anyone and this has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Terrible experience right out of the gate. I'm glad I didn't have everything in a UHAUL with me at this point.

Lying thieves!! They upped my rent over $60 without notice and because i wasn't aware of the increase i didn't have the amount they were charging and they took my unit and sent it to auction!! That was everything i had left. That was my life and they stole it from me in the blink of an eye. They are horrible excuses for human beings. My kids pictures and holiday videos are gone! My time with my kids are all gone!! My tools i needed for my job are gone. You guys took everything from me!!

No one is in the office. Second time in a row. Missed my flight and no customer service once you sign up.

I was able to do everything online which was great! When my unit was ready I was sent an email with my unit number and gate code. They even left a lock inside the unit so there was no need to go into the office and purchase one. I did have a little issue with the gate code not working but Stella had it taken care of in less than a minute. Thanks, Stella and PS!

Jeremy was very helpful. I reserved an outside unit at another facility. Nobody was there to take my payment. I was routed to Jeremy's facility and he processed my payment. My rental experience started out a little rough until Jeremy fixed everything. Thank you sir.

Public storage has great prices for your first month and each month after that is not bad the staff is very friendly and helpful and they have contactless sign up. Their app even has it to where you can open up the gate without touching anything and they have drive up storages makes it way easier to get your stuff in storage.

Met the most helpful person at this storage today. Rosie walked me through the facility was very helpful pleasant. Thank you for all your help you made my decision on choosing a storage an easy one.
