I have just begun a contract to store my RV month by month, and the customer service I received both on the phone and in person has been fantastic!
This was our third attempt to find a storage unit that met our needs. We made a reservation and an appointment to view the unit with Public Storage. Check in, viewing, and signing the rental contract was a breeze, and Ashanti at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in our process. We’re optimistic this storage unit and space is what we’ve been looking for!

I called to confirm about my move out and asked Mary about refunds since payed in full at beginning of the month and moved out July 9.
She answered no not that late in month.
She was respectful and kind in her response.

I happened to be in the Waukesha area and I was told I could go into any public storage with issues I stopped at the Waukesha store and was so excited to see Marry working there I see her always in west Allis but I was sad to hear she wasn't going to be there anymore. I will make the drive to Waukesha with and business with my storage just to have Marry take care of us I have been in customer service for 35 years and Marry is in the top 10 I've seen work so hard. I offered her a job with my company she refused saying she loves her job and is happy. I sincerely hope public storage knows what a gem they have with her

This is for the Waukesha Public storage. Logged into our account today because it said our auto pay was deactivated and I noticed that our rent for next month went up 47 dollar. I contacted someone thru the chat and they pretty much said they are allowed to raise rent whenever. Awful awful company to do business with.
