Very unprofessional and rude on site manager, called me at work with some incorrect information when I asked if she could check her work and my locks because am current she said you can come check yourself , mind you I was at work and did explain that to the manager tay…and said if you want to know u gonna have to come check for yourself…
1- 1st thing why not check your work before calling a paying customer with wrong information
2 - when the manager and customer realized the manager is wrong , why not offer to go check my locks instead of having me leave work
3- when I arrived why not be polite and professional but instead getto and rude and mad because I ask why would call me with some wrong information
4- wouldn’t give me the corporate phone or her supervisor name and number instead I got I’ll let Erica know to call you..
If I wasn’t in need of there storage space I would of took it all but just unprofessional and very rude to a paying customer for more than 2 years now , in my whole time dealing with them I’ve never had anything like this happen and am still waiting to hear from the property supervisor not the property manager Tay probably a fake name
The priced are good Alenyte was very helpful and help me with downloading the public storage app and walked me through renting 5 star service.
I was going to purchase a unit from this location, visited the location and everything as I own a business around the corner. I was advised by an employee that she would have to ask her boss a question in regards to something I wanted to know. I was told that she would have a answer the next day, then we could move forward. Unfortunately a week has passed by and I have not heard anything, even after multiple attempts to call them as well as voicemails. Bad business!

I have used public storage before and everything was swift and straight forward when I renewed the other day. Mary did a great job of getting us set up and adjusting our rental to the right size unit! Update: base price went up 39% after less than a year in all units my size. 2nd Update, my rent keeps yoyoing between a 37% increase every few months. They keep jacking up the price 37% above the standard web price and then lowering it when I reach out. I wish they would honor the standard rate listed online.
No one ever on-site like their description says or answers phone or emails. Gate was broken and stuck open last time I was there to find out again no one in office and apparently, entire storage units get stolen.

Angelica was amazing at the Public Storage on Lincoln 11122 W. Lincoln Ave. she was amazing. She helped me with some problems I had on my account was very respectful and polite and even is trying to waive some fees that were added for no reason on my account 100% would recommend speaking to her

TWICE I had a reservation and when I showed up no one was in the office. It was locked even though it said it was supposed to be open.
No one showed up. I got ahold of customer service who gave me Alicia’s number (not sure how to spell her name) who they said was the manager for that location. She didn’t
answer the call nor called me back. I’m guessing this job isn’t a priority to her. Absolutely terrible! How can there not be ANYONE available to help??

If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would! Open for business states 9:30am it’s after 10am and they are not open and this has been an issue before. The mailman has also stated they are never really open! Please save your time and do business elsewhere!! Very unprofessional!!
If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. Our camper was totaled due to the negligence of Public Storage and they took ZERO responsibility. They chose to let a 37’ truck, park in a spot for 30’ vehicles. That truck ultimately backed into our camper so hard, it totaled it completely. The office is never open, the district manager is useless. The rates are outrageous. There are NO cameras looking at the parking spots. Please, don’t trust them or give them your business, there’s better places out there! For reference…our camper was 28’ 9”
Great location nice and clean ! The Girl at the desk is very funny and gives good vibes ,I think her aleshia is what she said . Me and my mom had a good experience here !

This establishment is very unprofessional. I came to pay a bill today, the doors are locked. No sign stating the business is closed or anything. I’ve come here before and the lady at the front desk is rude and impatient, almost as if everyone is inconveniencing her. I call the business today and I get a representative telling me, “oh it’s closed for the day”. Where did it state that because the hours they have listed on the website states they’re open. It’s really frustrating that I drove here for nothing. A complete waste of time and gas. I’m not exactly sure if this is a regular thing for this business but I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Please people, don’t waste your time

Made worth hold up for a period while the public deals around New means with covid 19. Time spent to store 1year paid on time and some extra on months for inflation. Insurances and dues find ways to bend the rules with illegal search and seigers. But I'm winning. The ladies at the desk are all sexy. But don't frat with the help. It gets slow , then they bite the attraction of just you.

I went in there for questions and price ranges that would suit best for me, Alicia property manager assured me that everything would be affordable. She was really sweet and attentive.
Lost all my personal belonging to these people. Inside job at the West Alis location. Please check police records and reports before renting. Cameras do not work at certain hours…… (really?) Staff does not change entry codes or patrol. The week I lost my belongings multiple other units were broken into… in broad daylight… when cameras are not on
Came in because my access code was not working. Angela was very informative and helped me get back into my unit! Thank you for going above and beyond as well as your time and effort!

Public Storage at 11122 W Lincoln Ave in West Allis is incredible. Naomi is always helpful and courteous plus she is always there when you need her plus will help with any concerns. I have been to other Public Storage locations but if you want excellent customer service go to 11122 W Lincoln Ave in West Allis for there you will receive 5-Star treatment. I have been there for 14 years and will not rent anywhere else. Thank You Public Storage and Thank You Naomi.
I have to say that Public storage is a great place too store your things. Marry in the office went above and beyond to help my family. She called to ask us if we are ready to movin to our unit the following day, we let her know that the date was wrong we neeed it that day she told us that the office was closed for the day that we could to erentaal we couldn't do it she asked what time we needed the storage because she woulld make sure to come back to help us We arrived and she was in then office helped us get the storage walked us to it and took her time explaining things to us she is a god send helping the way she did. Thank you public storage. whoever reads this chose this place amazing service
I've been renting from this location for 4yrs now storing my motorcycle during the riding season. I choose this location because of the great customer service I receive everytime I have a question. (Usually app related questions) Phone calls are returned, the property is clean and the security gate is always working. Mary (the manager) does a great job and bends over backwards meeting the clients needs for rentals. The office is kept clean & is wheelchair accessible. There is an onsite manger that lives on the premise (for extra security) and West Allis Police Department is across the street.
Thank you Mary for being a great help today at the Waukesha location. I will sleep better now!

Omg this was the best experience iv ever had while moving and moving is hard especially when your finding a storage. I went to public storage in west Allis on Lincoln and the manager Marry was the best she was so nice and Mello. I loved her she is a wonderful worker next time I move I'm going to her.

I'm in the middle of a separation and I'm shopping around for storages to use temporarily. I had the enjoyment of meeting and talking with Mary I believe her name is. She was professional and courteous about my situation she empathized with me and you don't get that personal connection with people anymore.
