If I could rate 0 stars I would.
I was a customer for over 8 yrs, my rent was raised every year (tripled from starting rate). Over a year ago, a 2nd lock appeared on my unit and when I asked to get it removed I was told the Person who cuts locks only comes in once a month. TWO months after reporting the problem, they finally cut the lock, only they cut off the lock for which I had a key, leaving the one to which I didn't! I complained and literally heard nothing back from them for 8 months, so I decided to stop paying, within a month I was informed my property was being sold to pay the back payment. When I tried to explain why I hadn't paid they hung up on me! If you read the reviews here, you will notice all the 5 star reviews are from YEARS ago! Really gone downhill!

My storage unit was broken into and two tv were stolen inside a secured unit. Had a unit inside thinking it was secured but they cut the lock off and didn’t leave it behind and stoled the tv,s thinking I had insurance to cover it but I couldn’t prove it was broken into and my claim was denied. No security cameras, this is an inside job and they don’t care and don’t buy their Insurance! So your valuables aren’t protected because it up to you prove you were robbed.
Facilidades de estacionamiento muy abandonado. Poca o ninguna supervicion ni seguridad. Los autos y camiones estacionados allí son badalizados. Y la compañía nada que ver ante la situación. Si tienes un auto ahí te recomiendo que lo muevas hablo por experiencia me bandalizaron mi camión.
Lo peor que existe. Mi camión fue bandalizado aquí dentro. Individuos cortaron catalistico, líneas de escapes y demás. Estando el camión parqueado aquí. Osea no hay ningún tipo de seguridad y cuando hablas a la oficina ninguna alternativa. Recomiendo que tu camión auto o bote lo muevas de ahí antes que sea tarde y tengas perdidas

It's a fine facility, but the company has raised my monthly rate now 5 times in less than two years. Definitely going with a different facility.
Update: with the raising rates I decided to downsize my unit and stay with my current facility. Melinda was so helpful with the process and I'm grateful for that.
I needed a storage unit on short notice. Melinda was very friendly and helpful, and made the process quick and painless.
Fast service
Made a reservation to see a storage unit. No one was there. They do not appear to have any sort of full-time manager on site so I’m out. What’s the point of having a desk with security cameras if no one is there to watch them?

Great place and had my storage since last year I'm loving it but they got to do something about the water leakage in the storage my storage area
I have My Furniture in the Storages and its been about 8 months now, and I am a picky person about where to live. I won't too be closer to places where's I go. Not far away.

This place is a huge scam, we have been renting from them for over a year, every month my storage bill keeps increasing without notice. My latest bill was $270 for 10x 20 when we started it was $162 my second unit a 10x30 went from $180 to $360 again without notice, ridiculous we will be moving out very shortly.

Mary was very helpful during the move out process. She noticed during her check of the facility that my storage locker was unlocked and empty and called right away to let me know and ask if i had moved out.

I was having problems w being overcharged for something that was not my fault or mistake.Mary not only took the bull by the horns,but did it w such enthusiasm and quickness.Mary is amazing and I have to say had it not been for her,I would have had an explosion.Instead everything is smooth and fine.Thankyou Mary you're the best!
