I love the convenience of the Public Storage locations. I was very pleased to find secure and safe storage at their facility. I know that they do a very good job of continuously monitoring the site. That is a primary reason for my choice to go with Public Storage. I have two units side by side. I needed a third unit. Sandee the property manager at the location on Hwy 100 off Layton Ave, helped me obtain a third unit...!!! She was great. I had lots of questions, and I was particular about where on the premise my intended unit was located. Sandee was very informative and patient with my decision making excursion. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would have gone through the process...in spite of how badly I desired it. I'm going to recommen Sandee and this location to others. I'll assure them that their time will be respected, their questions will be answered, and their concerns will be acknowledged. I wish all businesses had customer service of this caliber. Thank you Public Storage for making my life a little more simplified.

I have a storage unit at the Greenfield Public Storage in Greenfield and I must say the gentleman CASS is always so polite and helpful. I have rented from Public Storage at different locations for over 10 years and CASS is by far the BEST from any Public Storage. All I see is him always working and checking the entire facility out. He walks every isle and picks up any type of debris to make the business look nice, and it does. Greenfield PS is the cleanest I have seen. CASS is a huge asset to Public Storage and Folks if you need storage, go to Greenfield PS for it is a step above the rest. CASS at Greenfield ROCKS!!

Can NOT recommend doing business with Public Storage at any location. I have needed storage about 5 times in my life and each time have chosen public storage because they geographically worked for me. The last 3 times that I have used them they have raised my rate drastically after a few months. This is their latest business model. Get the customer in at a decent price and once they are all moved in jack their rate. The latest rate increase was nearly $100.00. At this point everything I own is in my unit and they are well aware it would not be easy for me to move. They have me and they know it. It’s a shame that Public a storage would take advantage of someone in this way but that’s their business model. As a side note the manager at this location is an excellent guy. Very friendly and helpful. My poor review has to do with the company in general not the manager at this location.

I recently had a great experience at a storage unit owned by Cass, and I am happy to write a review about it. From the moment I walked in, Cass greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. The facility was clean, organized, and secure, with excellent lighting and plenty of space for me to move around.
Cass was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and providing me with all of the information I needed to make the right decisions about my storage needs. He was patient, understanding, and professional, and He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with my storage unit.
The pricing was also very reasonable, and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose the size of my unit based on my needs. Cass helped me to determine the best size for my items, and she was always available to answer any questions I had about the process.
Overall, I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a clean, secure, and affordable place to store their belongings. Cass was an excellent owner who made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had.

First time renting a storage unit. Knew nothing of how the process went and was hesitant to rent as I only needed the storage unit for a couple days. Cass in the greenfield location helped me out so much. He told me about the online deals that I could use to save some money and was very patient with me setting up the online app of the rental. I've had a great experience renting from the Public Storage Facility at 4750 S. 108th Street Greenfield,WI. Cass is a friendly, courteous, hard working and he goes above and beyond to help you. Cass made renting a storage unit a great experience, he made it as smooth and easy as possible. Cass also answered my questions before I could even ask them. If you ever need a storage unit I would recommend the Greenfield, WI location. He deserves a raise or promotion for what he does.
Stopped in to start my new rental and spoke with Cass (I think it's David and that's part of his last name but I'm not 100%). He walked me through all my questions and seemed to be very genuine and knowledgeable about everything we spoke about. I've never used a storage unit before but feel very good about this experience.

More importantly, so well deserved to David the new and might I add SO IMPROVED relief manager who left me an another customer visiting both just that- So relieved! We came in separately, both had serious concerns and MANY questions and he handled it brilliantly. He was informative, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and very personable. I have had a storage unit here for the past 2+ years. The staff was friendly anytime I've had to deal with them and the grounds are usually always clean. My main problem with them is that they continuously raise the rates. I pay almost double of what I did when I started. After this last rate hike which I wanna says was about $25 a month has made me start exploring other storage options.

I've had a raise too many times. 100 more as of March 1st. Then anywhere around here. Places are empty. Why tax people who have been with you 2 yrs? This is my fifth raise..as of May 1st. And that's the increase of 100 dollars. Down the street is 250 and will stay that way. 343? Common. Going to lose alot of people that way. Every unit on my side is vacant.
