Had to get a storage unit for a short-term abroad trip & apartment move situation. The move-in process was easy. I met Tyler at the location briefly & he was super friendly.
I’ll give it 0 starts if I could don’t store your things here horrible experience I’ve been happening since a water damage happened in my storage unit have not had any luck getting in contact with the insurance company and the storage unit management isn’t any help still asking for payment and charging for insurance still and not fixing or a least being considering they caused this problem.
I started my reservation online this morning and had absolutely no clue what I was doing. With Tyler’s help, the process was quick, painless, affordable, and easy breezy beautiful covergirl. He was super friendly, eager to help, and practically answered every question I had before Id even had the chance to ask it. I especially appreciate the effort, knowledge, and experience he provided because I have an entire house to move in 11 days so I’m in perpetual panic mode and constantly in a rush. 😭 I truly appreciate how quick and easy that all was. Thanks again Tyler 🙃

Just needed a unit for a couple months and this was an easy rental, safe storage, and hassle-free moveout process. It was especially nice to get a 5x5 unit with drive-up access as other facilities don't always offer that.
Without any doubt, this is the best storage place you will find in Milwaukee. Tyler was very professional and nice during my first visit to explore the location. Tyler explained in a brief manner all the details needed to move my stuff there, and what I like the most: the app on my phone.
I would like to thank Tyler! He was such a great help!

The customer service here at this location is amazing, they're willing to work with you when times get hard. Tyler rocks! Hands down the friendliest, polite,and helpful young man one could encounter! Wanted to add that I just had another encounter with Tyler, and every encounter just keeps getting better....awesome job Tyler!!!! Well it came time to part with my storage unit, once again Tyler made it go smoother then smooth, I will use them again if need be!

I went to public storage on 7/10 to find a good storage unit for my belongings and I was greeted by a wonderful staff member named Tyler. WHEN I SAY HE WAS AMAZING, HE WAS AMAZING. He made the entire process of me finding what I exactly needed very good, we talked to one another throughout the entire time there was no form of discomfort and the feeling of any pressure that I had to come store with them. He was up front and honest about everything that comes with the unit and any other things that would be included in my monthly rate. He was truly amazing and I can honestly say he had the best customer service towards me than any other storage unit place. I’m very happy I made the decision I made yesterday choosing Public storage.

I really enjoyed the experience I had with Tyler and Matt, at this Public Storage! Not only was Tyler professional, Tyler was also courteous, knowledgeable and simply ‘down to earth’ nice…walking my son and I to the storage unit that we were about to rent, as well as showing us how to lift the door and lock the unit. I’m 74 and this was new to me, so I welcome any advice he had.
This is my (2) rental with Public Storage within a week and I have nothing but good things to say about this location. It’s clean and I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. Thanks Tyler for carrying my boxes and extending your hand, to help me walk to my ride…so very thoughtful of you! Rough start here with a broken lock and door, but finally got a hold of a human being. TYLER was awesome, gave me a call before business hours and helped me out so I can make sure I can get moved out of my old place with no storage issues 👍👍. Highly recommend that if you are going to ask for anybody, ask for Tyler. Great customer service and does his job well!

Crazy thing I actually have a storage at a different location and was having problems with the manager somehow I got Tyler on the phone and he FLEW to my location to assist and I've been dealing STRICTLY with him. Tyler is THE BEST so if you ever need a unit I recommend reach out to him and his location on south 13th.

I had the privilege of meeting and working with Tyler who seem to be running this property now. Which I might say as much better than I’ve seen before. Very cordial respectful knowledgeable individual when it came to the whole payment process as well as knowledge on location and working with me in order to accomplish my goals. He is very very thorough With details, explanation of terms, and expectations. Not to mention when I was at this location six months ago the property was pretty rough when it came to trash and debris and signs of rodents. However I am pleased to say that that has changed 100% I would highly recommend this location anybody in the area, if you want your stuff safe, secure, and Uncompromised. Tyler thanks again man look forward to working with you In the future.

Tyler was very helpful. Showed us the unit and signed us up super fast. Even gave us a deal for the 1st 30 days. Helped us download the app and made sure it worked to open the gate. Gave us the lock and showed us tips to open and close it. Very kind kid.

He's respectful and I'm always late on paying my units due to a death in my family but he tried to help me get the late fees waived. I appreciate being treated well! He's an absolute gem. The place is clean. The prices for my units has gone down a bit and I will continue to rent there. Highly recommended!

I reserved a space online and Tyler called me within minutes to offer an appt to see the space or continue everything touchless on the app. I opted to view the space before purchasing and he showed me the options when I arrived. If it wasn't for Taylor working there I would have moved everything out of our 10×20 storage unit personally by myself as a 5'4", 130lbs, 42yr old woman. Before he was there on a regular basis I had continuous issues with multiple problems. The biggest issue was being able to find an employee in or near the building when it can time to pay my rent. Then being charged a late fee every month because there was noone there to collect my payment. He's always friendly and helpful. Happily helps with anything he can to make the customers I've seen him work with happy. He's the only reason I still use your unit.
I can't give them 5 stars- yet- because we just rented our first two storage units! But we definitely can say that Tyler (manager) was extremely patient and helpful during our first & second visit! He was friendly! You can ask him many or the same questions and he will respond respectfully :)

The parking lot to the storage units is horrible. The huge holes and dips really take a toll on anyone's vehicles. I hope they fix the lot soon.

I have a truck camper and truck. I am told I need to pay double because there are two things in the spot, regardless if I put the camper on the truck. I didn't last one month - and there was no mention of this when I signed up. Not happy. If I place the camper on the truck it is essentially one unit. Nope. Not good enough. I have already given my 30 day notice.
