The Lovers Lane Public storage is the worst! I was told to let them know two days in advance before moving. They never answer their phones even after I’ve left a message. When I went to the storage place to have some furniture removed there was rat feces all over the furniture. Today, I got an emailed stating they sold my items for $10. They are the worst!I’m also looking into suing them because I have video footage of my furniture damage and the entire storage filled with rat feces.
Avoid storing your belongings in this facility unless you want them covered in rat droppings. The place is infested with rodents.
She's worth a million bucks. GOAT. Nothing else need to be said.

I almost rented from public storage a few months back but decided not to because of the manager at the time but it’s the closes one to my house so i figured id try my luck one more time… Really glad I did … Thanks Regina!! Worst management ever, Carla had no clue how to deal with business or people. VERY RUDE. She said to call to meet her there to take care of business I drove forty miles picked up my handicapped father in law because she said we both needed to be there waited 40 minutes and 3 messages to a no show by her.

No one is never there in the office during office hour.
Been there 3times… They leave note on door saying they will be back at 2:30…Nobody is here. These are black lazy ppl that dnt work. Very unprofessional this is why I dnt deal with black.

Carla is very rude and ghetto she didn’t show us our storage we had to find it then it was open with the he lock and paperwork on the floor she was hiding in the back room with kids she did not make us feel as if our stuff was safe very poor customer service!!!!

Getting the unit was easy the lady moved quick it’s just the way they handle things I don’t like soon as ur late on on a payment I mean the very next day they lock u out of unit say there going to action off ur stuff I was in hospital due to covid complications
